I am thoroughly enjoying my time here at the Lodge. The atmosphere is welcoming and inviting. The staff is great! I am blessed and fortunate to work along side a dedicated group of individuals whose primary focus is to serve others. We take great pride in ensuring our residents know they are not just a community, but we are a family. We aim to please and excel in offering optimal level of care. This is a great place to work, and I am glad to be a part of the Lodge Family.
The residence are wonderful you can't help but fall in love with them. However working there if there is a problem there is no open door policy like they say. If you have a problem or notice something going on keep it to yourself or your deemed a trouble maker! The scheduling was awful she was texting it day by so you never knew if you were off until the day of. Hopefully that had gotten better. But if you have a problem keep your mouth shut!!!!
I love this place it’s a great place to work. That take great care of the residents. They are always engaging them in something fun to do and as for the employees they are always offering extra ways to learn and ways to grow with in the company.
I volunteer at "The Lodge at Bethany" and already want to reserve a room for my assisted living days. It's not often that one looks forward to visiting in such facilities, but the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming that everyone is greeted like family. The rooms are graciously large and comfortable, and the entire residence is uplifting with lots of windows integrating the outside with the inside. Becky Livingston and her staff serve the folks there with love and genuine concern. It's much more than a "place to live" but a place to enjoy living.
Amazing facility with an amazing staff. From the moment you enter the building you get a sense of home. It is beautifully decorated, bright, cheerful and immaculately clean. After meeting with Becky and Haedyn, and taking the tour of the facility, I knew this was the place for my mother. The place is full of smiles. I cannot say enough about the staff, you can tell they truly care about the residents . Everyone is so nice and helpful. They keep the residents busy with all kinds of activities. And to top it off the food is awesome. I have a great sense of peace knowing my mother is in such good hands with the wonderful people at The Lodge at Bethany!
The Lodge at Bethany is truly a state-of-the-art facility. The residents express pride in being a part of their 'home' at The Lodge. It is very evident that the staff is most caring and dedicated to the needs of the residents. The fact that the traditional section is currently filled with a waiting list and the memory care side is being added to regularly says that people are hearing 'good things' about The Lodge and want to be a part of the area's newest Assisted Living Community.
As a new volunteer at The Lodge at Bethany, my experience has been limited but nevertheless rich. The staff is friendly, professional, and seek to encourage their residents and treat them with respect. The activities calendar is always full, and as one resident remarked to me, "they bend over backwards to make you feel comfortable." Having a brand new state-of-the-art bus allows those who so choose to travel on short trips. Volunteers provide exercise classes, arts and crafts instruction, music therapy, and spiritual enrichment. Recently, they hosted a world class speaker, Ms. P.K. Beville, who developed the Virtual Dementia Tour, to help educate staff, volunteers, and the community to better care for those suffering from memory issues. The facility itself was thoughtfully designed and is remarkably beautiful with pleasing decorations and furniture in the public areas. Resident rooms allow for the familiarity of home with one even setting up a large desk for his 'office' and a few others keeping their beloved pets nearby! The Lodge at Bethany's commitment to providing care is to be commended.
The Lodge at Bethany deserves ten stars. The staff, food, volunteers and accommodations are top notch. They go above and beyond daily. You will be impressed from the moment you walk in the door, however many places can make great first impressions ...I can say they make lasting impressions DAILY! So happy that my family was blessed and found this beautiful place to care for our 93 year old father in the memory care section. Highly recommended!
Becky Livingston along with her entire countless staff at The Lodge at Bethany do a phenomenal job helping my dad stay comfortable in his living environment. The staff keeps him involved in activities on a daily basis and I consider them a part family. They are always extremely friendly, helpful and even allowed my extended family to have a Sunday, after church, lunch which they made very special. This is a Five Star living environment all the way and I am grateful to them.
Wonderful,Wonderful,Wonderful! I am a volunteer at The Lodge. it has been my honor and a blessing to be involved with such a loving and caring place. The residents are everyone's main concern! They are loved and cared for and treated with the upmost respect. The Lodge at Bethany is a family home. The residents, the residents families, staff, and volunteers make-up the Bethany Family.
