Looks are VERY deceiving at The Lodge Condominiums in Lou KY! On the surface, nicer part of town, very nice curbside appearance, quiet & uneventful...BUT ONLY BEFORE THE SUN GOES DOWN! Domestic violence paradise! I had a brick thrown so close to my Corvette during one domestic violence disturbance between a couple that lived on the third floor above my mother. It was the second time I had been over to visit her. The first time I had been over to visit her a week prior, the police were there twice during the 5 to 6 hour period of time I was there concerning the same couple! Things have been stolen off of my mother's patio. Neighbors key & vandalize other neighbors cars over disagreements over parking spaces. It's just a circus atmosphere of idiots. My mother could only handle it six months before she put her unit on the market! She said that there were police there every week, 4 to 6 nights a week at least! It is worth it to look elsewhere!
Parking lot is too narrow and not enough guest parking. Breezeways need cleaning, sign out front needs to be lit up at night at entrance.
Quiet neighborhood, very convenient to many stores and major highways.
One of my very best friends lived there. She relocated.
