Both my mom and I have been going here for years and absolutely the way they do our hair in a relaxing welcoming atmosphere. Prices have gone up but that's the case everywhere. It's worth it!

The owner runs a tight business. This was my first time going to the salon and she called because one of her stylists could not make the appointment. She called several days in advance which was nice. What impressed me was that she chose to do the appointment herself to make it work within my schedule. She also did a fantastic consult and haircut. The reason for the low rating is due to the conversations that took place within the salon. In my opinion, the conversations lead by her and her daughter were incredibly conservative and at times racist. It was not an inclusive environment. I wish I would have known this before coming. It was honestly one of the best haircuts I have ever received, but I don’t feel comfortable returning.

Up until a few years ago I saw the same hairdresser since I was a kid. I struggled with finding a place that does unique and fun cuts for years. I either did it myself or went to some cheap place always turned out bad. But then I found The Loop. The atmosphere is perfect. I always have a long conversation with the receptionist. Sara is awesome! She does a great job and has fun with it. I can't wait to get my hair done again!

Angela is a color wizard and a cut master!! For as long as I am living here, I will be going to this salon. Angela was amazing to say the least but so was the rest of the staff. Everyone was friendly and fun! GREAT GREAT SALON!

First of all my haircut itself was really good. But the rest of the experience including the price left a bad taste in my mouth. Stylists/Owners didn't wear masks nor require their customers to do so, there was no social distancing/cleaning in between people in place at all. They sat and bashed people who didn't vote for who they did the entire time I was in there which was close to an hour, making me completely uncomfortable. To top off the experience was the cost, prices were not posted and it was $52 for a basic haircut no color or styling then the tip on top of that. Should have asked beforehand but did not think it was gonna be that pricey. Was certainly not the high end experience I would expect for that price. Will not be returning.

I'm always wary of getting my hair cut and nervous that it will get messed up / won't turn out how I want. After seeing Sarah's work on Instagram, I traveled over an hour to The Loop to have her completely transform my hair earlier this year major cut + rose gold balayage color, and she did an amazing job! The outcome was better than I had imagined, and she was a great stylist to work with.
