Indian Medicine Woman, Jenna Wolf, is an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, Yoga Instructor, and Licensed Massage Therapist. She opened The Lotus Room Ayurveda Nashville in 2011, with a vision to raise the vibration of her community through the power of traditional Vedic body therapies, and holistic wellness education.
Jenna teaches weekly yoga classes at Shakti Power Yoga + regular Ayurvedic workshops at The Lotus Room. Her healing style is graceful, strong and fearless. Her message is one of vitality, prosperity, and ease.

A graduate of the Mind Body Institute here in Nashville, it was her passion for trauma healing and recovery that led her into the healing arts. Cassandra is trained is several modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Thai Massage therapy and incorporates these techniques into each of her sessions.
