Rented a storage unit and it happened to be too short for our 5th wheel camper.  It was a Saturday, but I called the office number, and the manager answered the phone.  It had been over a week, since we rented the unit, before we attempted to move in.  The manager, Carlos Velasco, was very kind and understanding.  He refunded us the entire month's rent, even though we had rented the unit almost two weeks prior.  He saved our information, and reached out to us about a month later, notifying us that a taller unit had become available.  Thankfully our camper fit just fine in the new/available unit.  I am more than satisfied with our choice to store our camper with Extra Space.  We are very thankful, for all the help and support that we received from manager Velasco, and will continue to be customers of Extra Space Storage for the foreseeable future!!!

This is a review for Carlos. He has been so helpful as I move my car into storage, relocate and move furniture. I'm so pleased with his professional demeanor, knowledge and willingness to go above. Pay him more! He is the type of employee that makes people tell friends to patronize your business. Working with Carlos made one aspect of my relocation smooth and seamless.

I like the view on this place it was cloudy  but I still love it.  The staff members where very nice showing me the Storages

Went in to get a quote for a unit, management was extremely nice and professional, he made the whole process go smooth and was very informational. Even showed us around immediately noticed it was a clean facility and has many sizes available if your looking for a unit!

All started off well with this place when I placed the call to rent unit.  Girl said she would have someone meet us out there to see it and if we liked it,  we could rent it on spot.  It was a ways out for us to drive and they were running a special if you sign 6 months you get 1st month free that is until you get there and told you have to give a 280 deposit.   Um hello , that wasn't said over the phone so after the drive,  we just rented it .  5 days later a change of mind and the cash deposit is now being mailed by check and were being charged not for the 5 days but 7 since the weekend was here and check mailed out Monday which was 7 days we didnt use the storage and even though 1st month was suppose to be free.  Nothing moved in, 280 cash deposit now check minus 7 days of nothing being moved in .  I'd say they are crooks !

I was impressed very much with the size of the storage units. The are large enough to fit a couple vehicles in bumper to bumper and just as tall. The security seemed ok. There are cameras all over although I never saw an actual person roaming the lot. Over all I would definitely use this storage.
