Nice people and good service but pricing is not transparent with what they have listed. $35 on top of medi/pedi price to add gel seems steep. Spent $90 for a regular gel mani + pedi.
A bit pricey considering I was so use to cheaper places.I can definitely tell the difference in my pedicure experience though.I purchased the delux pedicureif that's what it's called.Strong foot scrub for 5 minutes with oil and scented lotion to easier facilitate the massage.Later topped off with a hot waxy substance to make your feet feel extra pampered. If I could go every week I would, bit that won't stop me from telling others about it.Located in the plaza next to Sproats on the top floor. Not to worry, there's a. Evated near the In and Out side to get up there..Use don't bring a crew of people because there was only about 3 chairs and 2 manicure stations.Services: Pedicure
I'm so disappointed in Luxe Nails. I went in for a gel manicure booked through ClassPass giving me a $30 credit. Everything was fine in my initial arrival, I requested if I could add a gel pedicure knowing that would have to pay extra since my original booking was just for the manicure. asked if they could chrome nails and they said absolutely and handed me a ring of options with chrome. Once the manicure and pedicure started they informed me that adding chrome would be an additional $20 for my hands and $20 for my toes, in total $40 extra dollars. When I asked why it was so expensive they told me it was for the extra material. By that time I had my heart set and felt kinda awkward so I agreed. My techs literally smudged the chrome overlay with their fingers-no design, no talent, no being careful for $40 extra dollars. They honored the $30 class pass credit but my total was still $90 for only gel mani/pedi. Inoticed when i got home that they completely missed my pinky toe, and now my gel mani hardly lasted a week-it's cracked, peeled and lifting after 7 days of wear. This place is a total scam.Service: Gel manicures
I really wanted to like this place! I live just around the corner, and it's never too busy and they are always quick. Incredibly convenient. Unfortunately, I have gotten two gels here and the first chipped after 4 days and the last one didn't last 24 hours! I can't keep paying $40+ for nails that don't last, when regular polish at home would last longer. I'm torn about going back to ask them to fix the chips, not sure if they'll charge me or if the fix wouldn't just chip again the next day.
I'm nervous to write this review because I love them so much and I still want appointments. Jenny has been doing my nails for years now and she and her sister are amazing. Their gel nails have never chipped on me and have lasted past a month. They're always up on the latest trends and they're super nice and friendly. Family owned and operated, with a parking lot that shares with in and out. It's usually really busy during In and Out hours because there's always a line for their drive thru, but it's nice that they have a parking attendant and a parking lot you can use. Jenny don't forget me when you become a super popular nail artist. Better to have a reservation then to walk in but they do take walk-ins. Price is very reasonable.
I walked in today with my nails being in desperate need for a refill. I must say they did an amazing job! Very diligent, fast and at a reasonable price. I can highly recommend this store!Service: Acrylic nails
The first time I came here and got a gel manicure they chipped completely off within one week.. I gave them a second chance and got a dip powder thinking they had to last longer.. my nail is broken in half after one week. Not coming back for my nails but pedicures are done well.Services: Pedicure
I felt the staff was very rude and rushed through the pani/pedi... I am usually not picky but had to ask for fixes on my nails at least 5 times because of obvious paint mistakes. I also was pushed to pay before they were done and honestly if I had seen the end result I would have not paid a tip. I won't be coming back!Services: Pedicure
Worst nail spa I've EVER been to!!!! When I went in my nails were great, now my ringer fingernail is so short it hurts. I did not let her touch my other hand. The manager was such a wuss he tried to make me feel bad for the woman because she has kids... So do I!!!
