Living at Madison Hancock Park for a few years was a lovely experience for me. Great neighbors, the coziness of the building, and the management were the highlights of living at Madison. I specifically would like to thank Carlos Vasquez for his professionalism, great communication skills, and willingness to solve issues in a timely manner which made my leasing period very smooth and easy. Thank you Carlos for being understanding and caring, and adding some humanity to the job you are doing so well.
Carlos Vasquez has been incredible, he’s been there every step of the way for me and has been very generous with his time and help to make my move in and experience with Hancock the best it can be. I just moved in and I love it already, all the neighbors are incredible and Carlos has been nothing but kind to me. Thank you Carlos for all your help and the incredible job you’ve done.
Carlos Vasquez, the property manager at Madison Hancock was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and made our move in smooth. The building and neighborhood are quiet, well maintained and Carlos is very responsive.
Just moved in, love the feeling of security within a hustling bustling city environment. Carlos has been super helpful in getting me set up for this wonderful experience. Love the sights early in the morning and late at night. Enjoy the two minute walk to the grocery store, so epic!
Madison Hancock Park is a clean building in a wonderful neighborhood near Larchmont Village. Carlos is a great, responsive manager and has been super helpful throughout the rental process, which is great for new renters.
I was lucky enough to move here right before the pandemic started, and I ended up spending nearly all of 2020 at home in this building. Honestly, moving to Madison Hancock Park was my big and arguably only win of the year. I absolutely love the location; I’ve taken the most beautiful walks around Hancock Park, and the building could not be a more convenient walking distance to shops on Melrose and Larchmont Village. Stephanie is an amazing property manager, and creates a super welcoming environment. And the service supervisor Edwin is the kindest and most helpful person imaginable for keeping everything in working condition. No place is perfect for example, the walls are a bit thin for sound purposes, but it’s a supremely comfortable and beautiful space. Overall, this is the first apartment I’ve moved to where I knew I wanted to stay here as long as possible.
Moved here from Park La Brea and I became in love with the building. The team is amazing and special thanks to Stephanie for her hard work and always managing to create a seamless experience for all residents. I can't imagine myself living anywhere else in LA thanks to the amazing team :
Been living here for about a year and I couldn't be happier with Stephanie and team especially during COVID. It's a bummer that I can't walk to all my favorite places live before but hopefully that will change. During the summer we still were able to use the sundeck and hopefully the gym will be open soon.
'I've been here almost 3 months. I could not ask for more. the management and maintenance are the best i''ve experienced in apartment living. They respond to problems right away and are generally cool people who want the building to be a great experience. It's my little oasis. I can spend days at a time in the building, comfortably taking in the view from my balcony, doing laundry in the huge 24-hr laundry room, sitting by the pool, having a few people over to bbq on the outdoor electric grills. Or I can order delivery from any of the dozens of spots nearby or walk to Larchmont. The location drew me in but the building itself is what i love most. I was already familiar with the area and there are a lot of vagrants all along vine st. but rossmore is such a gorgeous busy block that I always feel safe and kind of luxurious at the Madison.
This is a great complex. Nice pool and workout room. Management is very friendly and helpful. We could use new common area carpet.
