I came in to get pink highlights by Alexa. The whole process took 3.5 hours and I paid an extremely steep charge $250+ for what I’m left with. During the consultation, we agreed on darker highlights so my hair would hold the pigment, as very light hair is porous and doesn’t retain color. I was left in the chair for 45-50 minutes with bleach processing in my hair, which is much longer than it should’ve stayed in; it now feels very dry/damaged. I let the sitting time slide as the end result pictures she took looked AMAZING. By the next day, after a shower with a cold rinse only no shampoo/heat/products, almost ALL of the color had faded. I’ve had to use a pigmented mask twice and completely recolored my hair pink at home in the 2 weeks since getting it done because it was over processed and won’t hold the color AT ALL.  Pictures are what I asked for, the portfolio pic she took, and how it looks a week and a half later after two colored masks and 2 cold washes. Very disappointed.Services:&nbsp;Haircut

I got my hair done by Mary, one of the independent stylists. She did a great job of being up front with me about lightening my hair, considered the damage. She gave me what I wanted while still protecting it. She also gave me great instruction on how to build the health of my hair. She's got great experience and was fun to chat with too! What I love about her is that she is very honest about what she specializes in when it comes to hair color and will let you know if what you are looking for is realistic at the time. I made my first appointment for a pedicure with Cecellia. She was incredible. She took her time to make sure every detail was perfected. My experience was so amazing. I have never been so relaxed and enjoyed a pedicure more in my life. Not to mention I LOVED the way she file my nails, and the paint job was stellar. Had my hair colored and cut 2 weeks ago by Keliana. She helped me color match my balayage to the shade of blond I wanted and double checked the trim length before cutting. She also gave me some tips on curly hair care. Overall satisfied with my service.Services:&nbsp;Haircut

I came here today to get my bangs trimmed, my regular hairdresser wasn’t here so I went with another lady, Lupe Vera, who instead of trimming my bangs gave me DORA BANGS. They are so SHORT. I don’t know how she let me walk out of that chair looking like this. I hate my hair so much I can’t show a pic out of SHAME. . This is my thirteenth reason. Please if you book here stay away from her, your hair and mental health will thank you.Service:&nbsp;Haircut

I was clear from the beginning I didn't want to go short, didn't like myself with short hair, wanted to keep my length, just wanted shape to my hair. I showed multiple pictures of what I wanted. One of the first questions she asked me with my hair pulled forward was how short I was comfortable going, so I showed her with my hands. She pulled my hair behind me and showed me on the chair with my hair dry and curly how much she was taking off. Looked fine. She did a rough dry cut, washed it then cleaned up the cut. By the time she finally pulled my hair forward and I saw what length my hair was, there was obviously nothing I could do. I wanted maybe 3 inches of hair cut off the length just clean up the damage a little, and she chopped off 7/8 inches. I wish I could leave her less than one star, and will be having to pay for her mistakes for months/years now. Beyond disappointed.Service:&nbsp;Haircut
