The Mall at Fairfield Commons

Description

The Mall at Fairfield Commons, commonly referred to as The Fairfield Commons Mall, is a shopping center in Beavercreek, Ohio. The mall was opened in 1993 and has two floors featuring six anchor stores and a food court. Located adjacent to Interstate 675, it's near a golf course, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Wright State University and Nutter Center entertainment complex. The mall is located just south of the interstate on North Fairfield Road (Veterans Memorial Highway), a main thoroughfare through Beavercreek. It offers over 140 different shops, restaurants, and department stores. The Mall at Fairfield Commons is owned by WP Glimcher, the owners of the Dayton Mall.HistoryIn fall 2007, The Bon-Ton Stores, owner of Elder-Beerman, converted the existing Parisian store to an additional Elder-Beerman location, housing women’s clothing, cosmetics, shoes and accessories. The existing Elder-Beerman store was reconfigured to house its men's, children's and home departments on the upper level, and a new furniture gallery on the lower level. In April 2014, Elder-Beerman announced that it would consolidate its two mall locations back into its original location and eliminate the furniture gallery. The consolidation was expected to be complete on August 4, 2014. The vacated portion of the mall was scheduled to be demolished late 2014 or early 2015, and replaced with four to five restaurants or "entertainment concepts".

"The Mall at Fairfield Commons is one of the premier shopping destinations in the Dayton/Springfield metropolitan area. The town center is home to more than 130 national and local retail, dining and entertainment options, as well as numerous events and activities throughout the year. A dynamic offering of things to do along with things to buy keeps guests engaged and returning often. Pretty neat mall! Bunch to do the arcade was really cool and can get drinks and food while gaming. Finding the elevator was little tricky with stroller but wasn’t bad they were on edges of building outside of store didn’t seem to find any in store even though map said there was some in there. Sunday most of the stores open at 12 even if mall opens at 11 but gives you time to walk around a bit.
My family loves the pazooks. The food is great and even my picky daughter will eat the food here. The loaded nachos are awesome.
If you want to experience what malls use to be like in the 80's to the 90's before they all started going down hill go visit this mall - this mall is still in great shape and has great stores. It's clean, it still has a ton of shops and stores, some I swear I thought had gone, but there they are - experience the mall like you did in the 1990's - enjoy and have fun lots of great places. And before you think it's just 90's there are new and current stores - it really is a great place!
Very crowded, even for a Sunday morning. The grandkids love the new arcade. But watch because you can spend a lot of money in a short period of time.
Nothing in the food court ever really stays long. But overall it was a very good experience. With Annie's still going, I had a sweet pretzel with a mango slushy. Also Nori a Chinese restaurant that has been their a long while as well.
There are plenty of stores and great food options in the food court. My family and I really enjoy walking around and shopping. The only thing this mall is missing is a decent coffee shop.
Giving the mall 5 stars. It's very pleasant, great location. We don't go often, but went to Victoria's Secret to get perfumes for mother's day recently. The lady that helped us was just wonderful. Great sales.
Great mall. I highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area. It has different shopping and food options.
Always clean and actually quite a bit less busy than it used to be. There are some oddball stores but it's definitely worth looking around. Good boba place too and other food.
Very nice check out the pics from Build-A-Bear
