I recently treated myself to a massage therapy session at The Massage Spa and I must say, it was an absolute haven of relaxation and rejuvenation. Entirely enjoyable experience. I had a message and facial package and both were at the level of excellence. I am going back. I usually go into this type of thing pre-irritated bc I’ve had so many mediocre experiences, but not the case here. 5-star wow. My skin looks great and I’ve got the spa halo thing going. Thankful.

I came way from Tennessee to st.pete, Fl for the weekend and more than anything I was looking forward to the deep tissue massage I booked. Jeremy was absolutely HORRIBLE he assumed I was a relaxation and was clearly afraid to massage a woman. It was so uncomfortable and I left in more discomfit and pain than I had when I arrived. I told him my focus areas he then avoided those areas. I even told him I was a deep tissue he proceeded to then rub me very fast and huffing and puffing in my ear. Such a diva! After 4yrs with this place and as of today and $70 later of a waste I’m officially done with this place. Mind u this is my only worst experience here was with Jeremy and it was just that bad !

The masseuse was absolutely fabulous took her time with me workout all my sore spots I felt great when I left

Such a reasonable rate and a great massage. Staff is friendly, the atmosphere is great, I will be back again!

Gone Downhill Been going here for 9 years to mostly good experiences, but with the discontinued couples massage prices on Sundays and my recent experience I won’t return. Had a couples massage on 1/21 and my relaxation massage with Hiroko was good. My wife’s with Jeremy was ok. The issue was that the room was brighter than normal and no attempts to dim it further. And 5 minutes into the massage, the music stopped on the shared music intercom and the room stayed silent other than hearing each other breathe for the next 30 minutes. But the worst part was that Jeremy adjusted the table with my wife at least 4 times, resulting in outrageously loud knocking noises as it was raised and lowered. There was no relaxing at all. In fact, the while experience left me with more anxiety. Before leaving I checked the massage tables and mine was a portable table and the other was a loud rickety abomination. Thankfully I had a giftcard or I would have asked for no charge.

This was my first time at The Massage Spa. I was given a gift card several years ago and not only did they honor it, they never said a word about their prices having gone up since then. They honored it, no problem. Miriam was fantastic! She has strong hands and has been working at The Massage Spa for 9 years. She knew exactly how to find my trigger points how to try to break them down. Her method of massaging was really nice -- she went from one part of the body to the next without really lifting her hands off of me. Therapeutic and relaxing! I'll be back!

I had a massage from Scott and I must say this is absolutely the best massage I've ever had since moving to St Pete. The ambiance and the scent the place uses are very soothing and relaxing.

The environment was warm and Pleasing. they worked out all my kinks, cramps, aches and pains. I'm definitely stopping by next time I'm in the area
