Very professional. Salesmen took their time and were very interested in us as people not just customers. The gave suggestions and asked if we had questions for them. I would highly recommend them in VINELAND., NJ. We bought a mattress and box spring from Brad and Ron....2 great employees!!!

Ron was. The most polite gentleman I have met in a long time. I am disabled and in a wheelchair I had no intention on buying a mattress at this current time just browsing I explained to him about all of my issues and health problems and he took about an hour going over different mattresses and options that would be best for my needs. He also saved me $$ by getting a queen instead of a King.when it's just little ole me and my little pooch. Id give them 10 stars if I could

We purchased a mattress from The Mattress Factory and Ron Stone helped us. Ron asked us what we were looking for and helped us find an amazing deal for our budget. Ron was very nice and willing to work with us on the price. The Mattress Factory is huge and has a large variety of products including pillows! My finacé and I purchased a very nice memory foam mattress and two pillows. We are in love with both products and sleep so much better. I highly recommend The Mattress Factory and will definitely be back! I will never purchase a mattress on Amazon or pillows from Walmart again. Thank you for your help Ron!

Had great service with Brad. He walked us through the store showing us different mattresses to try and get us the best type that we needed. We ended up with a Wellness Zest and Wellness Gibralter set. Since my husband and I have different needs, we went with 2 twin xl mattresses to make a king so we were able to customize our bed to suit both of us. Would definitely do business with Mattress Factory again!

We shopped at multiple local places before heading in to see Ron at The Mattress Factory. Ron was the most helpful out of everyone we saw. He was truly looking to make sure we got a mattress that for our needs, unlike the others that wanted to make a sale. It was a great experience and we’re looking forward to a good night’s sleep.

I went to a local competition first and that was the biggest mistake I’ve made in a long time. First greeted when I walked in and Ron explained knowledgeably the process I was about to go through picking a comfortable mattress. Ron had my needs meet the instant I laid on the right mattress and when I heard the price I was amazed the quality I would get for this price. So then I wanted to go up and experience a slightly better quality mattress and I then I fell in love with my next pick. I was never steered into something I didn’t need. I was guided into comfortable option first and affordable second. Ron stone at the Vineland location gave me a great experience that I can’t forget about. you not his profits come first…this is the second mattress I bought this week the first one wasn’t from mattress factory that’s why I am back in the same week buying another one. Don’t make that same mistake stay away from MATTRESS FIRM you only want MATTRESS FACTORY in your next mattress option. EXperience this store to see what I mean. I had a very pleasant experience last evening when I bought a mattress and bunkie board from Brad. He was very helpful and did not pressure me in any way. He explained the properties of several different mattresses and the bunkie board which I had never heard of before. All in all, a pleasant and quick experience. I would certainly recommend The Mattress Factory, and would shop there again myself.

Brad was our salesman. He was professional and well informed on the different mattresses and understood our needs. He was knowledgeable and helpful and answered our concerns and other questions. I highly recommend Brad to buy from when purchasing your mattresses. I have bought different mattresses over my lifetime and it is a pleasure to find a knowledgeable salesman who knows the product he was selling. Not just there for a job. To be honest, they are Hard to find nowadays. Mattress Factory on W. Landis Ave., Vineland, ,NJ next to the super Walmart is where the store is and where he works. I also did my homework online for weeks before I went there and made my purchase. So I knew he knew and understood what he was selling. Believe me it was nice for my husband and I to know we have a quality mattress that will last for years. Sealy firm king and queen mattress sets we purchased.

My brother and I came into the Vineland store and was greeted right away by the store manager, Ron Stone. He was genuinely polite and helped us pick the perfect mattress for our mother. Not only was the service great but the prices weren’t bad either. I would definitely recommend going there. In fact my husband and I will be going there soon for ourselves.
