Tonight was an epic night for our family at this great establishment. Erick was an outstanding host for movie night. I give this place the top review for trying to meet our needs and succeeding. I hope Erick get the acknowledgment he deserves. He is the true MVP to Maya cinema. Erick leads by example and is the best at customer service. Thank you and I highly recommend this place for all family’s.
Great movie theater. First time here. Food to adult drinks. They also have a small bar. Games for the kids to play. The sound along with the seat was great. The seats are loung seats. You can fall asleep. Lol
Love coming to this theater. Every time we have gone it's clean people are friendly. I like the menu they have the choices they have and the cantina part is a plus . The kiddos have their side and we the adults have ours..lol..plus they have a few arcade games to play before or after your movie.
Normally a good theater but went to the 11:30am showing of Lightyear today and was greeted with a filthy care room. I cleaned from the night before. Popcorn under the seats and covering the floors so much so that I had to wash my stroller tires when I got home. The glass was covered in finger prints and soda. We couldn’t ask anyone to fix it because the movie was starting and my daughter was freaking out in excitement. She didn’t care but I was disgusted. We had to wipe our seats and counters with baby wipes because they were filthy. Very disappointed. No management was around to speak to afterwards and we already had plans for the day so we couldn’t stick around until there was someone to speak to.
It was a good experience watching a 3d movie. Fair prices for the tickets but the drinks are overpriced. $5.50 for a medium soda and a lot of them were empty on the soda machine. The room I went to was kind of dirty on the floor, but everything else was ok.
I love this theater. The people are very friendly and food is immaculate. Me and my wife always get the chicken tenders and fries and a drink. They only thing I would have them change is the wording on the posters that says will bring food to you. Just have it say you can order but you have to come back to the front to pick it up. I missed part of movie because of this misrepresentation. But, other than that experience is always amazing. Seats are very comfortable and let's out like a recliner plus neck adjuster as well. The surround sound in the theater makes the movie come to life. It's kid friendly with a arcade area, and for the adults there is also a bar to have a drink or take it to your seats. I would most definitely recommend you visit this theater
The place isn't very clean especially outside. All the machines aren't working and they're not very well stocked on drinks.. They have friendly service but I don't know why they are so dirty inside and out and and why they don't have all the drinks in stock
my first time her was wonderful! the second time not so pleasant. for a Sunday afternoon 10/23/2022 that was not busy, at all the floors were dirty with popcorn all over the floors. counters were dirty. it took a long time to get my chicken fingers and they were just warm and the meal was completely cold halfway through. i could not Finnish my very expensive chicken fingers because food was so cold. the seats were comfortable and the theater was
i've gone at night, the place looks like from the movies... a ghost town movie!! all dirty and not an employee to be found. We got our tickets and no body to verify them when we enter the building. When we were watching the movie a small group of people were throwing popcorn at us. Not a good place to take your children for the movies!!
I haven’t been to the movies in about three years and this is my first time at this location. You are able to purchase tickets outside or online through the app or website. After purchasing a ticket getting through to theaters it was fairly easy. I decided to go to one of the late night showings, movie was shown in a smaller theater. Luckily there weren’t many people in schedule showing allowing for a comfortable movie showing. Theater was wasn’t the cleanest but being the end of the night that’s to be expected.
