Section 8 style housing, incompetent management,  greedy owner, rent is far too high.  Aging infrastructure causing various problems, for example, false alarm fire alarms, water outages, failing electric parking gate, stuck elevators. Owner is reluctant to replace promptly, causing considerable inconvenience to residents.  Most residents very nice, but there are some long term scofflaw residents that management refuses to evict.  Security deposit was not returned within time-frame required by law.
