The South Carolina State bar recommended Melissa Miller to help me with a complicated divorce. Melissa is an outstanding family lawyer. Without her knowledge and expertise? I don't know where I would be. There's no winner or loser when you're going through divorce but there is definitely fair and my outcome was well above fair. I am very pleased with the services of Brian and Melissa at The Miller Law Firm. They were both very thorough in what my case entailed and gave me sound advice on how to proceed. Getting a resolution to our problem was a priority for them and we got a better than expected outcome!

The Absolute worst customer service I have ever seen paid for my case and agreed on a settlement but nothing got settled. they will not answer or return phone calls. they have no sense of care for there customers. I don't understand what kind of business this is. Dealing with a case is already not that simple but to deal with this company and a case just makes things 1000x harder. id leave a negative review if i could. they want me to pay for a consultation again just so that he could follow up on the case that he never closed out. What a joke

I highly recommend Brian Miller and his law firm to anyone wanting a great attorney who is very attentive to detail.  Brian went out of his way to make himself available to me under the stressful set of circumstances that I had at the time.  Not only was I impressed with his knowledge, but also his follow through and bedside manner were superb.  If you are looking for a local attorney who is knowledgable, straight shooter as well as very reasonable in prices I would point you to The Miller Law firm in Greer.

This law firm is a scam. They took my retention payment and never replied to my calls or emails. Working with Tawnya and Brian is a nightmare. My case is up in the air and never got resolved. Knowing that I was deployed and under a lot of stress they didn’t even take in consideration my situation. They acted as if they were doing me a favor when in fact I paid in full for their services.  I DO NOT recommend this law firm. They are not military friendly or have any customer service skills.

I am so grateful to Brian at The Miller Law Firm for helping us with a complex case. He was very attentive to all of my questions and offered up a perspective I hadn't considered. The matter was resolved in my favor, and I will continue to work with this firm for all future legal matters.
