ABOUT THE TEAM!!
Rick Misencik: Born and raised in the Westpark area, Rick knows and loves the west side of Cleveland. Rick has recently moved to Sheffield Village where he lives in a quiet neighborhood on a private lake and he loves to fish! Rick has been married for over 38 years and has two grown boys, one is a nurse, and the other is in the Air force. His family including four grand children keep him busy in his very few off days. Rick is a well rounded agent with a background in rehabbing distressed properties. He has extensive education in the fields of bank owned properties, short sales, home inspections, relocation and commercial real estate. Rick has the Relocation Specialist designation along with being a short sale specialist (SFR)! This knowledge and experience coupled with his calm demeanor make Rick a great agent to work with and makes a move as easy as possible!
Jeff Benson: Jeff grew up in Avon and currently lives with his wife Colleen, who is an RN at Fairview hospital and his two kids 4 year old Maddy along with her 2 year old baby brother Jack. Jeff is our expert in the market place and understands the different areas and values better then anyone! The sellers get an agent that can really pin point the perfect list price on a home, which leads to less market time and more money in the sellers pocket! Jeff works with a handful of real estate investors along with his own investment properties. He has a great understanding of what items cost and can see potential problems with a house that helps buyers make a safe and educated decision when purchasing a home. Jeff has his accreditation with Buyers(ABR) along with a specialty in short sales (SFR).
Caroline Hughes: Caroline and her family are long time residents of Red Tail in Avon and have been active members of the community, enjoying golf and all the benefits that living in Red Tail provides. Caroline was a small business owner for many years and coached tennis at Avon Lake High School. She brings skills learned from those pursuits, plus a high level of energy and self-motivation to her real estate career. Caroline is also involved in a dog rescue founded by her son Chris. The rescue "Mr Mo Project" is dedicated to saving senior dogs from shelters and owner surrenders. Caroline's passion for the rescue has motivated her to donate a percentage of her commission to this worthwhile project.
Fiona Hughes: Fiona grew up in Avon and after high school relocated to the Stow area. She attended The University of Akron where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business and Organizational Communication. After completing her Undergraduate Degree, Fiona went on to earn her Master of Arts Degree in Communication. Fiona has a background in Customer Relations and Marketing and is excited to bring the skills she has developed from her past career into the Real Estate industry. She has a strong eye for detail and is excited to help create an enjoyable and personalized buying experience for each and every client.
Stephanie Xu: Stephanie grew up and currently resides in Stow and is a wife and mother of two young children. She previously attended The University of Akron and obtained a degree in Applied Health Sciences and a license as a radiologic technologist and worked in the field for five years. While working, she enrolled in online studies at Malone University and received her degree in Organizational Management. Stephanie looks forward to making each real estate experience as adventageous and stress-free as possible for her clients.
