I'm not sure if it was cause I was female sure hope it's wasn't a race thing but I walked around the store for 10 min no one ask did I need help. I. Knew at this point I would not spend my money in the store but I still went to the counter and ask for help just to waste their time. I walked down to DOLCE VITA super nice super friendly and bought my wedding suit.

Awful experience these guys will try every possible way to scam you they will not give The receipt and purpose so you cannot make an exchange if you try a size and you want it with different color they will give you brand new one on. A deferent size and when yiu open it at home and try it they will till you sorry it open we cannot exchange it theyare very unprofessional

I bought a sweater here and the collar completely came off of it when we threw it in the wash before wearing it. I brought it back to the store and said what happened and the guy would not give me my money back or exchange it. He acted like he didn’t believe me and argued with me for 10 min. Horrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. The employees there are rarely helpful, and always in a bad/annoyed mood. One of the guys there wan’t helping me at all, all he did was stand there and look at me shouting prices across the store. This wasn't the first time either. Last time ever stepping foot in that place. Plus their prices are ridiculous, Men’s Wear house and Dolce Vita in the same mall have amazing suits and great prices!

I was there this past weekend they have some amazing items. The customer service sucks! When I say suck they are absolutely horrible! I walked in this store twice not 1 time was I greeted, associates were standing by the counter and on their phonesI’ve worked in retail in the past you treat all customer like paying customers, and most importantly you acknowledge all of your guest! I really wanted to buy but my money just wasn’t good enough I guess !

I bought the suit for my fiance and everything was perfect for us, the service was extremely good, he recommended a lot options.

I was at the one at Chicago ridge mall and was looking to buy a suit for a wedding and the lady said I can’t try nothing on on till I buy the item . And that makes no sense I how would I know how it looks and fit . I would take my money somewhere else

Very helpful staff member forgot to ask his name but he was great with assisting us with my sons prom outfit.. working solo but he still manage to try and take care of Everyone with out much wait.
