He takes time to investigate and listen and is very understanding, he will work with you and your budget. if you need to go to court don’t hesitate to call him. Him and his staff are the most kind hearted group of people I’ve encountered at a law firm. Very pleased.

I had Jesse Mungia as my attorney and could not be more pleased. From day one he answered all my questions and concerns in a child custody case. He is extremely intelligent and compassionate. He is so aggressive in the courtroom and left me in awe. His paralegal Amanda was amazing through this whole process. She's an excellent communicator- answered ALL of my additional questions in a timely matter. She made me feel assured that I chose the right law firm to represent me. I would gladly recommend them to all my family and friends or anyone reading this.

Bad organization. Do yourself a favor, and go to someone else. Waited 6 months for a court date. No updates from Jesse or anyone at his office. I was afraid for the well-being of my daughter and I filed for an emergency hearing. Every time I call it’s always “they’re in a meeting” “he will have to give you a call back” but guess what? No calls back. Very long story short I fired Jesse on 12/23/22 and on that day was told my retainer difference would be refunded. It has now been 6 months and I still haven’t received my refund for the rest of my retainer. Every time I call it’s always “in a meeting” “I will have to call you back” sometimes I get a call back and sometimes I don’t. Sorry excuse for an attorneys office. Save yourself the trouble and go to someone who prioritizes the peace of mind of the client. That does not exist here. Next step will be reporting to the Texas state bar.

Horrible law firm! Jesse was hired to represent our son. We should have seen the writing on the wall when he could not be bothered to do a client interview to get the basics of the case. What little work was done had to be constantly prodded, and actions that WERE PROMISED were not followed through. Jesse /Amanda would not return calls, cancelled appts, allowed court dates to be postponed without pushing for a new date, etc. Jesse took the easy way out and rolled over for opposing counsel. Then to top it off, Jesse filed for a motion to withdraw claiming non payment when he still has money on his books!!! We will be contacting the Texas State Bar Association.

Jesse and his team are amazing. Amanda, the paralegal, was able to answer all my questions and calm my anxiety. Whenever you need an attorney, it's a stressful situation. They make the situation less stressful by answering your emails and phone calls in a timely manner. Jesse, the attorney, is very knowledgeable of the law and tough. He is through in reviewing documents. I trusted his recommendations I would recommend his team in a heartbeat!!

Jesse Manguia is the absolute best criminal attorney!!! He helped get me out of a tight spot and made all of my dreams come true and truly is a blessing to my life!

Jesse Munguia and Amanda his paralegal are amazing. My husband went through a terrible custody battle and they helped my husband get custody of his kids.
