Worst nail place I've been too! I went there before my event spent over an 1hr and a half and my toes were not dry! My cuticles burn and the white stuff around my nail is awful and they burn because of the cuts. THE ABSOLUTE WORST Had to sit another 15 minutes to wait for eyebrow service- I paid and left! Go somewhere with professional service.
Let me just say first off that I’ve been looking for a nail place in the Upstate of SC for awhile now. I’m a little picky, but I don’t mind paying the price for quality. I’ve been here twice and have been so impressed with the services. The first time I booked an appointment, I got a full set acrylic with regular polish.. just to see how it would last. I was floored. The set lasted 3 weeks, with some growing out, of course.. but I only experienced one broken nail and it was 1 day past the 3 week mark. I booked an appointment the next day. I got an acrylic fill and a gel color this time. It was somehow even better than the first time! I will be back here from now on. Can’t recommend enough!Services: Acrylic nails
the lady was doing good at first but she didn’t clip my nails all the way down nor did she do a good job at doing a clear coat, cutting my cuticle, and she just overall did a rush job.Service: Pedicure
Horrible no personality what so ever all the workers had a sour puss face and when I went for service they took other clients before me I will never go back there or refer anyone.
I wish I had checked reviews first. I just moved here from NC and needed a SNS manicure desperately. I had not had one in 4 weeks. The staff was very nice, but the technician did not know what she was doing. My nails are bumpy and thick - not smooth at all. A couple are missing color on the edges. the pedicure looks ok, but I had to ask for additional coverage because white spots on my nails were showing through. You would think a professional would notice and take appropriate steps to remedy, but it was my fault my nail was not perfect. Won't go back and do not recommend.Services: Pedicure
My daughter and I always have a great experience here. The ladies are kind and they do a great job. Due to an injury, my daughter has frequent ingrown toenails. They are able to get them out every time, without it being painful.Service: Pedicure
This makes my third time coming here. My first experience was great and then I returned for a second time and the lady that did my toes appeared as if she did not know how to polish. I paid for them and when I returned today I expressed that I wanted someone else. The lady got upset and had an attitude. She began to speak in her native tongue to the owners and others that worked in there. My daughter also wanted a polish change and she refused to do hers. I am very surprised of the unprofessional behavior of the employee working at this establishment. The owners just said to wait and appear as if they don't care about their customers. I will not be back and will inform others of the way the customers are treated. If I am paying, I want it done right!!!!
The man was rude he cut me and nails are ugly I won’t ever go back $45 for this
The lady took her time, which was nice. However my gel manicure looks so thick especially at the tips. Also some of my nails were shaped into ovals and other look square likeServices: Manicure
I walked in and specifically said - please keep the length- the last time you made them too short and too Thin. First thing she does is put a whole dollop of wax in the center going too far over on one side. ‍‍Service: Waxing
