From out of state, everything I've been there I've had good service, no one preying down my neck when I'm browsing.  Helpful, give good info.....and I'm pretty much a newbie.  They special ordered something and had to hold it 2 mos til I could get back in town.

Stopped in from out of state and thought they were helpful and had many of the  items I was looking for and more!  Gal with dark hair and glasses was great!! Will return and shop online.

Updated 5/5/2018- I received notification that they're closing their doors, for good. Really disappointing.

Worst "Lapidary supply" store ever... They have no machines... No dop wax.. And no rough stone... gentleman with the glasses is absolutely rude!!! Followed me around like i was gonna steal!!!! LMAO... i will be ordering from Rio Grande from now on

Naja is my home away from home.  They always have the supplies I need, the friendly and knowledgeable staff to help and endless demonstration opportunities to learn new techniques and to learn about new products!

Excellent service with knowledge staff. They also offered discounts if you brought your student ID and the name of your jewelry teacher.

I'm happy to have the availability of Naja tool and supply! With my budget, going to Denver from Greeley for supply is always worth the prices!

Very helpful staff and I appreciate the student discount.
