Charles did many jobs as a teenager, selling shoes for Fayva, printing t-shirts for Soft as a Grape, inventory at Christmas Tree Shops. In college at Boston University he did telephone sales and after graduating opened his own business in Rye Brook, NY. In 2003 on the advice of a client, Charles entered real estate.
