Dr. Skubik has helped me more than any specialist I've ever seen, and I've seen a LOT of specialist over the years. His no-nonsense approach is a breath of fresh air, and he seems genuinely interested in uncovering what his patients need to feel better. He comes up with new ideas, when other specialists would have just given up. Unlike some other reviews here, I also quite like the front of office staff. They're always pleasant and helpful. Not once have I felt disrespected or uncared for. That's more than enough for me!
I was treated terrible at the SELLERSVILLE OFFICE. The rude staff did not make eye contact with me and continue to hold private conversations, while she took my information. The very nice technician could not do the prescribed 24 hour test. I was told by the rude office staff that "I asked for the wrong test". The paperwork the technician had was the test I needed, The office manager put the blame on me, a very confused, brain damaged person. I can drive, I had to have someone dive me to the office 1/2 hour away to be treated poorly. Dr Jackel, I believe is a excellent Doctor , needs to update the whole office personal and method of talking to ill patience. I would love to speak with the person that oversees this group. I not sure if I will continue to seek care from Dr. Jackel
When I arrived, office staff were rude and making comments about another patient. The doctor told me to just take Tylenol, because I was pregnant...could've said that over the phone. The office billed my insurance incorrectly, so they said I owed them $10 when I already paid my copay. They then added "late fees" in addition of $80 and sent it straight to collections, no questions asked.
I walked into this building and was so blown away with how wonderful and beautiful the staff are my shoes fell off.
This offices service was good all around. Maybe not the best ever but I certainly did not experience anything like some of the 1 star reviews stated. I saw Dr. Qi.
Just left the North Wales office...EVERYONE was very nice, professional, and helpful. Would recommend Dr. Jackal and his team to anyone.
The Dr is fine, the staff is the rudest staff I have encountered. They do as little as possible and have very poor attitudes.
Dr. was useless, his staff was so rude that I wanted to punch her in the nose.
Staff is great and Dr. S is amazing.
I called to schedule an initial intake and the said they put me with a doctor. Turns out it was a Physician Assistant. The difference in clinical training hours between an MD and PA is appauling. I can't believe they tried to get my same copay for someone they pay less salary for and has less clinical practice before graduation. PA's are great in outpatient and other general practice areas where there's a real need for straightforward medical care, but doing a specialized differential diagnosis, absolutely not!
