Vanessa, the wedding coordinator, along with her assistants Kim and Robert, ensured that our special day was an unforgettable experience filled with joy and seamless execution. From the moment we arrived, Kim and Robert proved to be invaluable assets to the team. They were super helpful and hardworking, going above and beyond to assist us with every aspect of our wedding preparations. Whether it was setting up the venue, coordinating with vendors, or attending to our guests' needs, Kim and Robert were there with a smile, ready to help in any way they could. We had a wonderful, relaxing, quiet romantic getaway at the new Inn. Beautiful view of the hills and vineyards from our patio, and first class service from Kim all weekend, including a beautiful dinner on our patio. We’ll be back.Rooms: 5/5

this is our new favorite! super elegant rooms, very quiet, all with nice views. breakfast every morning included. the Glam crew keeps the property humming without a hitch and provide an exceptional level of service Vanessa, Kim, Norma, Catarina, Sheena, Cici. always smiling. Rooms are immaculate. Great location. Super close to wineries and old town temecula. We loved Lumiere the best.

100 stars. Modern Luxury is an understatement. We felt like celebrities. We were welcomed with such warmth by Alicia, the owner. Norma was our guide for the wine tour and her joy and enthusiasm for wine really amped our experience. She was knowledgeable and has a good relationship with the employees at each winery so the VIP experience carried over. The venue is beautiful, clean, and well manicured. They did everything possible to ensure our experience is top notch. Special thanks to Alicia, Norma, and Kim for making our anniversary extra special. We will be back! By the way, they have connections with horseback riding and in house massage which we utilized and loved. We made smores too

This place is absolutely stunning! My husband and I spent our anniversary here, and it exceeded all expectations. We are already trying to plan another trip here because we enjoyed it so much. I have NOTHING but amazing things to gush about this place. Seriously the whole property is even more picturesque in person and so incredibly gorgeous. The service was SO incredible and all the gals there made you feel so welcome, especially that glass of sparkling wine after this heat wave. I think the place was booked up the weekday I was there, but my BF and I saw one couple walking around the entire time, we felt like we had the place to ourselves. The rooms are so incredibly spacious and every detail you can tell was thought out so well. This is the perfect place to stay if you're wine tasting, need a little getaway, or an excuse to visit the area. You will be SO happy you did : Thank you for our awesome stay we can't wait to come back! PS, the birthday balloon outside my door almost made me cry.

The New Inn is a true oasis in Temecula. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a private check-in process and complementary champagne. The room itself is gorgeous - vaulted ceilings, indoor/outdoor shower, large lounging space, outdoor patio with a private fire pit, and an unbeatable view. The construction feels new and the amenities are luxurious. On top of all this, the service is what really makes a splash. Norma went out of her way to ensure that we had everything we needed during our stay, including a spontaneous in-room dining with wine pairing on short notice. We spent 2 nights here and wish we could have stayed longer - we'll definitely be back! Thank you for the unforgettable experience.

Coming to the New Inn was one of my favorite trips so far! They staff was extremely kind, and willing to help with any of my needs. They were extremely accommodating and made my birthday extra special. If you are looking to book a stay, I would really recommend it. I will be coming back here for another vacation!

Such an amazing experience! We spent 2 days there after our wedding and it was fantastic. Our room was beautiful with an outside patio and a gorgeous view. In the morning the owner personally delivered a divine breakfast for us to enjoy by a fire pit. Will be looking forward to coming back here many times!Rooms: 5/5

WOW! Such an amazing experience. I got engaged here in June and they made it so special. Not only are the grounds gorgeous, but the food was delicious, everything was VERY clean and the staff was friendly. Alicia made sure my day was special. We accidentally locked ourselves out of our room at 5am, I felt bad for calling so early but Alicia answered and was super nice and understanding. I can't wait to come back here. Awesome location as well.
