I loved shopping at Sam's, they always have a great selection except today as I went the front person asked only for my membership while I walked in with another customer. I didn't get why he only asked me, but he said he has to ask everyone and I get it, it might be protocol but he didn't ask any other person that I saw. As I was leaving I could see people walking in with out him questioning or asking to verify, which was proving my point that he didn't ask everybody. If he would've said like thank you or anything being polite after it, it would've been fine but being rude about it was what made me upset. Rude employees
Had some eye wear orders done in the optical department, both Rose and MaryAnn were very helpful and knowledgeable , friendly and courteous. Being a retired optician of 40 years, I think Sam's policy of 59.00 to use my own frame is very unreasonable,
The curbside orders are never ready on time. They take a extra day to get the order ready for you. Also be prepared to wait 45 minutes for them to bring it out to you.
I just purchased my 3rd box of members mark THE BETTER NUT BAR.. they are so wondeful !!! Im so happy to have discovered them. A great treat and low in sugar and carbs, good protein too !!

Great bulk food for a good price. Sizes are shrinking and prices staying the same or going up. Inflation : ! Great variety of bulk food, drink, vegetables and prepared food. I like the whole hot pizzas for $9. Clean and safe location. I wish they had more organic foods to choose from.
It’s a SAM’s. No big surprises. However, I have to share a story. I left a cologne I had bought in my cart at the parking lot. I realized it an hour later when I got home. Went back to the store, made the brief line at Member’s desk, and they had it! They were super friendly and lightning fast. I was impressed. The lady there told me it wasn’t unusual for this to happen and that 4/5 times, customers find what they had left behind. I have to say it once more: I WAS IMPRESSED.
Almost an hour wait for curbside pickup that was only 3 items. Ridiculous. I ended up having to go inside the to the pick up area to grab my items. There needs to be some serious improvement on how curbside service is handled. You also need to have more parking spots for pick up available. Consider having more staff available for that service also. I only saw one staff member coming out.
Not very pleased with this place. We went there to get some tires. Unfortunately, the membership of the cardholder that we were with had expired. His membership was a Plus Membership so he was told that he would have to renew it before we were able to purchase the tires. That part isn't in question. I want to know why we were not informed about the half off memberships that are shown on their website. I would have gladly paid the $25 for the regular membership and bought the tires myself. Instead, I had to go buy the tires at another place.
Very congested and right aisles for those big ol carts. The food court area not very clean and one line for a million people. I think more organization is needed for this store. But the decent prices I will return for
