the Newland barn

We had the most amazing wedding ceremony and reception here. We had 200 people, it was in October and the weather was perfect. Affordable with all the right vendors. We went with Harbor Rental for the Chairs and Tables, Taco Surf for Food, Nick at Socal DJ for the tunes, Nothing Bundt Cakes for the sweets, Steven Tully for the photography and photobooth, the balloons were a family friend, The flowers were a family friend and the center pieces were a collaboration of my friend who does flowers and myself. The staff was amazing and Rick was super helpful. I wish I could get married once a month here. It was so much fun planning and watching our vision unfold at such an amazing place.

Excelet venue. Not only is it affordable, you can choose your own vendors, and property manager Garret was so nice and informative. Thanks to Newland Barn we were able to have a $5,000 wedding look like a $10,000 wedding.

Cute little venue for weddings, and from what I heard, very inexpensive. If you're a vendor coming onto the property, the staff there is very easy to work with.

A nice spot. A little hard to find. Grounds are beautiful. The barn is very basic, restrooms old, but overall great spot for a small-ish outdoor event.

Beautiful place it was good till it hit dusk than mosquitoes came out I was like ok a few mosquitoes but NO it was infested with so many mosquitoes it was uncomfortable for my guest they all left the event early it was so bad they where on our guest faces, hair all of legs and arms so many and to top it off we spoke to security and they told us the wedding the week before our event had the same problem there wedding ended at 7:00pm all there guest left due to the mosquitoes.

Venue was beautiful. Had an awesome wedding here, very affordable and friendly staff. Garrett was absolutely WONDERFUL, he went above and beyond to answer our questions and made sure to call us and discuss our event. As our event got closer he touched base with us each week to discuss the weather forecasts that might affect our big day. We got lucky and snuck our wedding in between the storms Thanks for going the extra mile Garrett. You are awesome. Great experience. Thank you HB community services for keeping such a lovely and affordable location open for the public.

This is like a hidden gem for any pre newlyweds in the area that don't want to travel out of town. Great sunset weddings can be achieved here at different times of the year. Low key and secured with guards for safety.

Great little place to go to a wedding. There was an air show going on at the beach while we were there and that was supper cool!
