The Nume Spa

Waited over an hour after being told they would see me in 20 minutes. Toe polish came off on 2 toes in six hours. Went back the next morning to have them repaired and was told they had no time to fix them and to come back in the afternoon after my event which was why I had them done in the first place. Paid $50 for unsatisfactory work they would not fix. Pass on this place!!

She was rushing and did a horrible job. She even filed my natural nail off down to the skin of the nail bed instead of fixing her mistakes. And then charged me extra than she originally said it was gonna cost

The place looked nice but the service was awful I got the dipped powder nails and the lady seemed to be rushing my job and didn't pay attention to the type of work she was leaving in my fingertips. She didn't even bother cleaning the color left around the nails. I had also initially said I wanted a different color on my ring finger she agreed and I even picked the color but with the rushed service it was never done. I won't be returning here. It's sad to recieve this kind of service to first time customers

I wish I could leave 10 stars!! I always leave here feeling full of baddie energy!! I get the best pedicures and I have been known to stretch them out to at least a month, shh . Lin and the folks at Nume are a one stop shop! I get my nails done- and Lin never fails to wow me when I give her creative freedom. My eyebrows stay on fleek, and I have even gotten my lashes done a few times for special occasions. I usually call the morning off to make an appointment, and Lin is very transparent about when she can fit you in. Don't think about it just go in and relax, and leave feeling like the Goddess you are!!!Services: Foot massages

I’ve been going to Nume since I moved to Hayward 6 years ago….Always leave Very Happy with the service and the experience. I have referred several people including my daughter and we Love Lin and the staff. I recently moved to Fremont but will still make the drive.Services: Acrylic nails

My first time there today for a pedicure. Called 30 minutes ahead of time. No wait. Very nice open atmosphere. Clean. I'm hesitant because I'm old and have tender, ugly, crooked toenails. Tina was fantastic. Knew exactly what she was doing. Made me feel comfortable and we had a nice conversation, and I was very very happy with my pedicure. I will be going back.

Located in a plaza across the street from southland mall, Nume spa is nice and clean. Owner Linh is very nice. Mani and pedi massages were great and turned out nice. Will definitely come back. Recommend u give it a try!Services: Pedicure
