I have been here for 13 years just recently moved my folks up here and we love it it's beautiful we get all seasons property has much much improved from when I first moved here.

This place is full. Of people who seem to mind thier business it's a small very remote located trailer park.  Don't expect any frills or even cell service here which makes internet service -or any service- slim Pickens price gouging in effect see also:Hughes satellite internet service however is it that much of a price to pay for a  quiet escape from the city with a lovely temperature break  located at the top of the world Az, this place is a breath of fresh air   don't drink that water as it's said to have been poisoned by the copper mines   but hey, is anywhere perfect?  Oh yeah don't forget it's 10mph in the park... And they will run you down and remind you of that any and every time you go in excess of 13-14mph so slow down speed racer  live a little   or run away from the nasty loud congested hot city of hell located a  mere 45-1hr away

Spent a month and a half here and wanted to stay longer. Nice neighbors quiet and accommodating.. Sparky and his wife are great people to rent from. Hope the job will take me back to the "top of the world" someday.

So we are going to have pool redone, not new fence out back, not pavilion,, Not new pavement, not dog park , not new fence out front, not New office, not cell tower, not laundry, not new office manager, not new water meters , not new electric poles, not and Sparky and Judy not owner's

Quiet. Tree covered. Deer in the back mountains behind the park. Mobile homes are clean.

I just moved here and the maintenance guy was excellent and the owner sparky is more than willing to help. Met a couple people and they're cool.

Person who pretends to be manager is up in everyone's business, and constantly spreads rumors.

Great little trailer park! Very clean, well kept, and quiet. I love visiting my friend.

Raising up the prices and not any repairs done to the place! No pavement no street lights barely let u get by on having a dog . its insane! This place is a joke now that it got a new owner.

Love it can't wait for winter here, just wish they had daily and weekly rates
