Since District Attorney Scott Perrilloux's first election in 1996, his office has consistently maintained a 90% or higher criminal conviction rate. He is currently serving his thrid term in office.
The Twenty First Judicial District for the state of Louisiana consists of the parishes of Livingston, St. Helena, and Tangipahoa. The district is one of the largest in the state with a current population of 250,000. The 21st Judicial District District Attorney's Office is composed of District Attorney Scott M. Perrilloux, and 16 Assistant District Attorneys all dedicated to serving this community.
