Went here for the Lululemon in Ohio State collab release, and everyone was so friendly! They went above and beyond making sure that people was getting everything that we needed. Even though this was a special event, I can't help but to think that their customer service is like this all the time.
I came to buy scrubs with the OSU embroidered logo for the vet school. You can find them on the second floor. The scrubs are $32 bucks in store, but the website has it a different price. Way cheaper and you can order for pick up at the store 2nd floor There is low staffing available, it was hard for me to find the fitting rooms because of this. It’s on the first floor in the back. I was surprised that it wasn’t that busy the week before classes start, but that may not always be the case
The book store for campus course material obviously has everything you need. However the Barnes and Noble portion isn’t well stocked with actual books. It’s more geared toward retail of gifts and Ohio state branded items. All in all it’s pretty big and well stocked however I was a little disappointed it didn’t carry a book by a prominent OSU professor that was mentioned in a workshop I attended there. The customer service was acceptable but could use more staffing due to the sheer size of the establishment. All in all a nice place to stop in as visitor, but they could do a better job of stocking the shelves with books that make sense for the location. I thought for sure a book by a professor of that university would be easily found there but it was not. They are expensive on most items. They also have a large selection for all price ranges and budgets.

Low staff, I guess. Security did his best to help me, but I didn't see anyone in the dressing room area. It's been 5 years I don't shop at this spot due to unreasonable prices and racists customers, but still the same will never change. Female cashier customer service was average just another day another dollar attitude typical, it's whatever I'm not coming back ever again rather take my business to Easton location. At least that location was helpful customer service and deals with reasonable prices.
If you are a Buckeye fan then this is the place for you. Any from jerseys to jewelry is available here. The prices are about 10 % over other places but this is the office bookstore so you pay a bit more overall a great place for any Buckeye.
Lots of great stuff and I love a Barnes and Noble university bookstore. Everything was easy to find, great selection and some clothing items I wish we had at my bookstore. Staff could be a little more engaged as they just stood behind the counter and talked and didn’t ask if we needed anything or offer any support. Overall, great bookstore.

Great selection of all things OSU and of a main college campus bookstore. Chain that is relatively expensive on a lot of items! Parking is now ok as there is a nearby parking lot of course!
Mostly course books, lab manuals, teacher's notes, and other materials required or recommended by instructors available on the 2nd floor. Starbucks and check-out are on the first floor. OSU OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY Sevinor, shirts, hoodies, hosiery, backpack, water bottles, and other OSU stuff available.
