The worst experience ever. We were celebrating a really important occasion and it was ruined. I am not sure who our server was because on the receipt it said Alicia but I think Alicia was a different one. Ours had really short hair, African American, about 5’8”. What we asked for: extra sauce with onion rings and extra sour cream with potato skins. Didn’t receive and had to ask again and her response was “another one?” In a surprised tone. We all ordered the double bacon bourbon burger-1 well done, 1 without onions, and the other without onions and sauce on side. NONE of it came out as ordered. Asked for mayo and never received it. She gave us an empty ketchup bottle. Charged us for 3 sauces and only received 2.

The Grill has to get its act together. At 1pm, The Grill was not crowded, and two people working there were standing around and not helping the customers. Finally I got waited on and helped by a girl who did not walk over to the counter so I could show her what I wanted. This wasn't the first time I received poor service. The management has to show more concern. Since everything is mediocre and overpriced, management should go out of their way for the customers. HORRIBLE PLACE.
