Tom's Barbecue and Deli has operated since 1982. We are a local favorite as well as a Memphis destination for excellent barbecue and service. Many of guests visit Tom's as a special point of interest while in Memphis.
Guy Fieri featured Tom's on two shows on The Food Network, Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives and The Best Thing I Ever Ate. He also included Tom's in his book, Road Trip.
We not only serve the highest quality beef and pork, we also serve chicken and deli meats along with vegetarian choices.
Our meat is cooked over pits which have charcoal and hickory wood. For those who do not choose to eat pork, we have our beef prepared on a separate pit.
