Globally, everything is great, well maintained, and convenient ... EXCEPT the indoor pool . The indoor pool is generally very dirty e.g. hair, weird foam and poorly maintained.

Very nice place. Friendly staff, tons of equipment, there are always a lot of activities going on that you can join in on for free. The swimming pool is a large, heated saltwater one and it's very comfortable to swim in. There are women's only rooms which are great for those uncomfortable with exercising around others. Good prices as well, especially for students and people with company plans.
Wonderful facility! Everything one could ever want.. machines, free weights, cool down equipment, private rooms for classes, outdoor Yoga in summers, hot tub, lots of showers, indoor/outdoor pool saltwater!, tennis/squash courts, 2 bball hoops needs a few more-only downside, friendly/helpful staff and cleaning staff always visibly working hard. Fees are affordable. What more could you ask for? :
I was interested in becoming a member here and when I arrived at the front desk the staff member told me that I could apply for a complimentary week trial. I’ve been a member of almost every gym in the city and none compare to the cleanliness and friendly staff of the OAC. This gym includes many amenities like a hot and dry sauna, towel service, and a hot tub. The tennis and golf are extra. If you’re looking to join a complete gym look no further.
I have grown up with this gym. Did swimming lessons, was in all the camps sports, golf, tennis, worked there as a senior cam counsellor, lifeguard and in play care, became a member and worked out, and now my daughter is going there for swimming lessons. It is a gym for every age group and the staff is great! Also brand new everything! Full Disclosure: I have worked there and I know many of the staff and senior management.
Excellent personalized service better than gyms in city that are chains. Not as clean as other and for those that like adult only pool it does not exist. For the service and atmosphere I prefer OAC but hot tub in dingy change rooms with no windows . Personal Trainers better OAC for older people
The 3 stars is for the tennis staff and related tennis services, which I enjoyed throughout my membership. Removal of 2 stars is due to a club is sub-par compared to other competing facilities. Facility needs a major renovation, including outdoor courts, walkway, parking lot, change rooms men's, likely also womens. Other than a front desk/entrance reno about 10 years ago, facility is dated. b Change room facilities, especially shower areas are excessively dirty carpet, tile floor through shower area, and lockers. c lounge seating and upper level seating overlooking tennis courts are not comfortable. d after being a longtime member and deciding to move on, my membership request was fumbled by the backoffice staff and I was billed for 2 additional months. After several weeks of requesting a resolution, was informed they would only refund 1 of the months due to a 30-day cancelation notice. Overall not impressed. Club was good in the 90's, but is way behind other clubs.
The OAC has a reputation for being a high end gym. Is not overly crowded and it offers a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, indoor pool, outdoor pool, gold classes, tennis classes and many more benefits. Unlike the regular gym this club offers the best costumer service and it has a Greco program.
Very good sports facility with a big gym, lots of squash and tennis courts and a pool. I'm kind of disappointed that the locker rooms dont have any changing rooms cos there's usually a bunch of old men staring at your junk, but overall a very good place
