In general parties run $55 per person.
Hostess pays a $55 deposit to book the party.
The minimum guest count is 10, including hostess.
Once 9 guests have paid, The Painted Party will refund the hostesses deposit!
If the party needs to be canceled for any reason, The Painted Party will keep the $55 as payment for cancelation. We use PayPal but you do not need a paypal account to pay using it.
We supply everything needed to complete the project!
Hostess is responsible for tables and seating.
We come to your home or building of choice, set up, run the party with instruction and then clean up!
We have all paint, bows, stencils and supplies needed to make your project look fantastic!
You also have the option of personalizing your wood project with up to three words for free. i.e. "The Jenkins" or "Johnson Family". If you would like more words there is a $2 design fee.
We use a vinyl cutting machine for all lettering so your stencils look amazing.
The host gets their project for FREE!
We can have almost any design cut so if you have any other ideas than what you see just ask.
We do need THREE WEEKS NOTICE to book your event.
All events must be paid in full TWO WEEKS before the party date.
We also have a travel fee for party locations 30 minutes past Shed Rd. exit in Bossier Bossier, LA. Please ask about details regarding this.
Kids Parties:
Minimum of 10 guests, including birthday child.
Birthday child's project is on the house.
Projects start at only $20 each!
