They work well with both our big dog and our little dog. Our dogs don't love being groomed, but they prefer this place over the many other places we've taken them. Neither has received an injury here in the years we've brought them. Great, friendly, and gentle people work here!

Absolutely horrible experience!! “The Butcher” that groomed my puppy shaved his legs without my permission and completely ruined his beautiful puppy coat. We discusssd at length what I wanted and I even showed her a picture. It will take months for my puppy’s fur to grow back and poor thing looks horrible.

It was my first time bringing my fur baby Ben the staff was welcoming and very polite the place was so nice and clean not to mention my fur baby new hair cut was exactly what I told the groomer I wanted she was done in a timely manner I didn't half to wait all day for my dog to be done I love this place and this will be my dog forever groomer!!!!!

Left message and never returned my call. Have attempted to call several times at different times of the day and there is no answer when I call. Not sure the business is still operating…. Bizarre
