This was my first time visiting The Paper Store, I was overwhelmed with the selection of products they carry. My reason for stopping in was to get a birthday gift. One of the workers went out of their way to assist me in picking out the best gift for my wife, she even wrapped it for me. The customer service was spectacular, its hard to find places like this nowadays. Most businesses are understaffed and hurting for workers. I will be back.
I am a person of color. The manager was out and about talking to all of the customers. He went out his way to speak with my White friend, who I was shopping with. He did not speak to me at all. When we were leaving I was walking out of the store in front of my friend and he was telling customers to have a great day. I went to tell him have a great day when he reached out past me to speak to my friend and tell her have a great day and then and he wished the White customers behind me a great day as well. I'll shop at other Paper Stores, as I do enjoy the inventory selection!
Many nice items, quite a variety. Everything is pricey, though. I received a coupon in the mail which brought me into the store but everything I would have bought was excluded from the coupon.
They are very tolerant of me just walking around to look at stuff and not buy anything
Great variety of gifts that are different from other stores. Staff very helpful. Prices just seem to be high. Good quality. If you are not concerned about price then a great place to shop. But then again, every costs more now-a-days.
This place is great! I went here on a extremely busy Saturday 18 days before Christmas. The store was mobbed, but that didn’t affect my shopping experience much at all. The store was not overly hot, or cold, and I always find unique items, and great gifts inside. The checkout line was very long but the checkout process was extremely efficient. I’ve never seen a line move so fast before. I was very pleased with my whole experience and I got great gifts, and free stuff for spending as much as I did.
It's 10 times bigger than Hallmark and way more gift ideas!
Such a cute store with great stuff! Whether you are looking for a card, a good family game, new clothes, home decor, or gifts, they have pretty much everything. I love stopping in here when I'm in the area or am looking for a gift for family/friends
I go here because of their large selection of cards. I always find the perfect one. However I can't stand how pushy they are. I can't turn a corner without a worker asking me if they can help find anything or pushing a sale on me. Every time I decide to stop browsing and check out it's because of their hounding.
