Literally just walked in at 5:30 on a Sunday and was met with a worker sharply saying that they were closing in a few minutes, not making me feel welcome at all to take a peak or buy anything. I've worked closing shifts in retail weekly for years and would never give that kind of attitude or rushed feeling to any customer, especially a whole half hour away from closing.

Went to get birthday & Mother's Day cards - great selection.  Found a very nice Vera Bradley bag.  Purchased it for my wife's birthday - lots of selections - my wife loved the card & the bag.

Always a nice curation of products, but didn’t want to buy anything because of the sign on the door saying I could have gotten a discount if I brought my teacher ID which I didn’t have on me.  Maybe next time.

Very pleased with all the help in finding a product we received at this location from the staff. Especially associate # 015287.

I have been at this store many  times and always treated beautifully  which I was until at 8:24  when  we were checking out. Knowing the store closed at 830.    Prior to that at 8:10 we were harassed by this one person  saying to stop shopping and bring items to register.  They were closing.   It was 8;10.. Upon checking out  the attitude was intense  from the same person  we wer checking out at register with  still 5 mins  before store was suppose to close. I spent  188.00 and couldn't be credited  for my points. She was so rude and so in a rush   I have never been treated  so rudely .

I am very confused that I am unable to find email with bar code ...I was accepted as a nurse , for discounts. I got an email, now cannot locate it! Corinne Roberts

Had exactly what I was looking for in the line of small Christmas stickers and staff are always friendly and helpful. Very nice selection of gift items also.

Great store  couldn't be any happier on my shopping experience with my daughter looking for squishmellows all the employees were super helpful especially Jillian I belive her name was she was super nice to not only me but to my daughter she should get a raise I will definitely be shopping here again and would recommend this THE PAPER STORE to the world  to visit thats how super nice the employees are!!! 2 thumbs up

There is nothing like shopping at The Paper Store to put you in a holiday frame of mind.  A little of everything for all those on your shopping list, from young to old.  And the best part is you can actually out your hands on the items before you buy!  #shoplocal

I cant believe I was 3rd in line at the back register and watched the 2 people in front of me be helped and then cashier closed register and left me standing there.  I asked her if she was kidding me and she said she was in a different department never telling me she was closing and I know she saw me waiting.  I had one item which I left on the counter and I will Never be back. I used to enjoy this store but your help has no knowledge of customer service
