The Park at Arlington Ridge- Arlington, VA

I lived in The Park for 2 years and it was the absolute best apartment I’ve lived in since coming to the US. My leasing agent is Josephine, she is phenomenal! She was a great help since the day I stepped foot in the leasing office and was helpful and supportive until the day I moved out moving to a different city for school. Honestly, everybody I met at the Park was friendly, smiling, helpful and professional. I never had any issues that weren’t resolved in the same day. Their maintenance team is amazing! My requests were usually addressed the next business day and emergency requests don’t take more than an hour until they’re knocking on my door! The area itself is so beautiful and the location is close to almost everything! Giant & Starbucks within 5-10 mins walking distance, Costco, Target and the fashion center are 5-10 mins driving. The apartment I rented was a terrace 2 bedroom and it was absolutely beautiful! It was spacious and designed with lots of closet space and storage throughout the apartment. I loved that all buildings are 11-12 apartments each which made me feel very safe and get to know my neighbors well. All in all, it’s a beautiful place and if I ever come back to Arlington, I’m definitely going back to The Park

My husband and I just recently moved into The Park at Arlington Ridge and the experience I had from calling the leasing office to moving in was the best thing I could ever ask for. I called and spoke to Josephine beforehand to ask all the questions I had regarding the apartment community and she was more than willing to answer any and all the questions I had for her. I scheduled a tour with her and I instantly fell in love with the area, the apartment, and the services here. Meeting Josephine was like rekindling with a friend you haven’t seen in a while! She was extremely welcoming and she is the kindest person you could ever meet. She genuinely cares about all her applicants and her residents. She always tries to accommodate for anything an applicant/resident needs and will go above and beyond to do that. The apartment itself is amazing, but Josephine’s kind services were definitely the reason my husband and I feel even more at home here. I have only lived here for a short time and I was having an urgent issue in my apartment. I got ahold of Josephine at the office and she transferred me to front desk to get a maintenance worker on call to come help me with my issue. Alejandro came very quickly and fixed the issues right away. I was very appreciative of his kind and efficient services! I am so thankful for the amazing maintenance team here. I definitely recommend choosing The Park at Arlington Ridge for anyone who is trying to look for their new home. 10000000/10 !!!

I have been here for a short period of time, however, my experience so far has been wonderful. It’s a beautiful property, convenient to the grocery store and restaurants! Close to DC and other entertaining locations. The staff has been quick to respond if needed and Altona was amazing from the first time speaking with her over the phone. She truly allowed me to find a wonderful home. Highly recommend so far.

It’s only been about 3 months since I moved in and I gotta say Josephine in Leasing is the absolute best! I’m new to the area due to my job and She was able to handle everything with me over the phone, facetime and emailing! Due to my job I had to move in within a couple days and Josephine took care of nearly everything. I would highly recommend this complex and company. Be sure to ask for Josephine In leasing and I promise you, you will not be disappointed. My 1 bedroom Terrace apartment is amazing and More than enough space. Move in was easy, signing of my lease was absolutely smooth thanks to Josephine.

Big shout out to the leasing agent Altoona and property manager Maggie for their assistance and guidance through whole process; though there was some misunderstanding at first, the team managed to turn things around fairly quickly. I'm happy with my new place so far, thanks to your help. I’d advise after the agent shows you around, it’s best to to actually walk around and see the area the apartment is located, very important !! I would also like to take a moment to acknowledge Mike the night manager who I can into at the lobby the day I went to tour the apartment. He went out of his way to show me around and explain a lot of question I had. I’d say after our chat I was sold. Hope my stay here will be great and will provide feedback after a few month.

We have been living at “The Park At Arlington Ridge” for over 2.5 years and I can’t say enough about the management and location. Its a beautiful complex and ofcourse in a great area. In short this is a wonderful community close to everything you need, big playgrounds, competitive grocery stores and even schools. The best thing about this community is they try and arrange or host every big event at clubhouse to make your kids feel like home. My daughters always look forward to create many more wonderful moments.

I just moved in with my brother as we are both students. The day we began touring these apartments, our leasing agent Josephine has been very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Even while I was out of state, Josephine was responsive and communications over email went smoothly. She gave us all the information we needed up front and answered all of our questions/concerns. I highly recommend these apartments as well as receiving help from Josephine!

I recently toured this property with the AMAZING leasing agent Lidiya! She answered any and all questions we had about the property and surrounding area and helped us find a unit that fit all of our needs and then some! She was extremely friendly and hospitable while still being professional. The property is well maintained with beautiful amenities. This experience is helping to make my cross country move possible!
