This place has way too many stray cats. There are at least 5 to 10 hanging around my apartments. Some are sleeping in trees. I stay upstairs and found one sleeping on my balcony. It was reluctant to leave and I could easily have been attacked and would have to get rabies shots. Management walks around to determine if they can hear your television or music outside of your apartment which is very easy to hear if the patio door is open. If the other residents don't complain management shouldn't.
Wendy was great she got me moved in smoothly from the day I walked in to tour the property. To my move in. She was wonderful.
I really enjoy the community. Their office staff is always on time and on point! Any issues are always taken care of on a realistic time line.
Been living here for 6+ months, amd i must say this place is a hiden gem. It's nicely secured so you don't but have to worry about random people walking in or your car getting broken into. Neighbors are all nice and quiet. Management team are so nice, Helpfu,l and understanding. The only major thing they really need to work on is providing better parking for their residents. Every night I come from work there is always an average of 3-6 resident cars going in circles trying to find parking when there is non residents in the resident parking spots. There was even one Night when my 3 year old and i got home around 9 pm and we didn't even go inside the apartment until past midnight. We waited over 3 hours outside, which is unacceptable. I even spoke to the security that night and he told me he couldn't do anything about the non residents taking up space in the residents parking.
The side I lived on was relatively quiet. I was first floor, corner, adjacent to the parking. There was some maintenance needed but nothing major. What is major: ROACHES. The German type. If you complain they will "treat" your unit, or try to blame you. The truth is without them fumigation and treating the ENTIRE complex, every building, the problem will never be gone. It's not a matter of how clean you are, believe me. Living here means living with roaches.
i have visit this place very often before because one of my friend lived there, and there is too much noise, they are racist, unfriendly, and they look at the people really weird. the office personal has preference between tenants with residents that lived there for a long time. My friend told me someone called Wendy has a really bad customer service. I hope this can change for other people. I don't recommend this place.
We’ve lived here for 2 years may be 3 if they have a 3 bedroom available..lol. We need more space but I love it out here..the complex is always nice and clean, it’s very quiet. The staff and maintenance are very responsive..I usually get non emergency stuff handled the next day. Staff is really nice too.. also, I’ve never had to struggle with parking. Very safe and reasonably priced.
Best apartments ever. Really quiet and safe community. Management is great and really care about their residents. Very pet friendly.
Paula G.: My family and I have lived at The Park at Live Oak for going on eight years. Life changes makes it necessary to move, but I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Park at Live Oak to anyone seeking a quiet, beautifully kept complex with a management team that cares greatly about the needs of its tenants. The staff is what makes this community such a wonderful place to live and call home. Maintenance responds quickly, and the team is quick and efficient. The Park at Live Oak is a quiet oasis in a surrounding that has its challenges with crime. The management team here takes the concerns of its tenants very seriously, which has always made my family and I feel safe. I truly appreciate all my years living at The Park at Live Oak, and I will miss everything about it. UPDATE: Hated to Leave! We had to make difficult choices and moved in April. Though we're settled comfortably elsewhere now, I miss The Park at Live Oak. Right up to the day we left, the great management team was understanding and kind. These folks make this wonderful property what it is. When I returned to pay our final water bill, I had the chance to see the work done on our unit, and was blown away. The unit was nicely done before, but the changes are just spectacular! If you're looking for a beautiful, quiet place to live that's safe, immaculate and cozy, not too far from major freeways, please stop by The Park at Live Oak and see all it has to offer.
Been here since I was 6 months pregnant, my son is now 3. Haven't had an issue with neighbors or staff members since i been here. They do lot of activities for the holidays which is so cute! Maintenance pretty quick to fix things. The day i leave the area i will truly miss these apts. First apts i have ever stayed for many years.
