As a behavioral nurse who works in a detox and psych facility I’m exposed to individuals with behavioral and mental issues that’s why it’s really important for me to live in a safe community like The Lakes at Nottingham. My children and I been living here for almost three years and we never had any issues when it comes to maintenance, our neighbors and even with the admin. I lived here in 2018 the complex is not bad, clean and quiet, probably not anymore. But the staff leaves much to be desired. I moved out of there and I never got my deposit back. I have written to them several times and they have not responded. It's disgusting !!!
Thank you for being the most pet friendly apartment community that I've ever lived in! We love having the dog park and waste areas at our disposal and it makes living in an apartment with a larger dog so much more enjoyable. Staff is kind, courteous and quick to solve any issues we have had.
Awesomeness describes my experience when it comes to the staff at The Lakes of Nottingham. As a resident for over 7yrs, I have experienced multiple uncontrollable maintenance issues. None of these concerns went past a day before they were investigated and resolved. I MUST highlight the apt's office representatives Amanda and Lisa for addressing my concerns and especially maintenance guy Michael for resovling them. This past maintenance issue, a clog AC pipe, is my second interaction with Michael, where he demonstrated his availability, expertise, and professionalism. Apt Maintenance is a huge deal for me. It's one of the main reasons why I rent. Knowing that this complex has available and trustworthy workers keeps a smile on my face and the payment coming.
As far as apartments go this really is a nice place to live. Any issues I have a had maintenance is promp and through. Front office staff are always friendly. The pool is nice and clean. Offers severerel amenities for kids and family. .
We've been living here for 4 months and our experience was nothing but great. Beautiful apartment and amenities, everything well cared for and clean, quick maintenance. The only minor downfall is that they don't offer recycling services.
I Had a great experience living here! Friendly staff, fast maintenance, friendly staff, they take care of the property, community like complex, and it’s gated. I’m definitely going to miss living here !
Living at the lakes at Nottingham since March 2022. June 2023 now and the Apartments are high quality, the management is great to work with, and their maintenance team is very responsive to any issues you may have.
Been here for almost 2 years, the place is great, kept very clean and nice. My doggo loves the dog park, my daughter loves the pool and I love how anytime there is a problem it gets fixed immediately.
hello, just wanted to say that I was nervous, moving cross country to a place I haven't seen in person, the assistant manager, Amanda was very helpful every step of the way, when I arrived, it was a quick process to receive my keys and I felt very welcomed, the apartment is cute and perfect for my cat and I, there was a repair that needed to be done and when I emailed them, they got on the job the very next day! The manager and the assistant manager are really nice and it's such a friendly place, there is no trash laying around and it's really peaceful here, I work from home and my views of the pond are perfect!! thank you!
