Excellent staff . Professional and efficient. Applied for an apartment and within a week from applying I am a new resident. The apartment is clean, fresh paint, new kitchen cabinets and appliances. Pleasant surroundings . I'm happy to be home. May 2023, update my post around Christmas and hope for things to not change . I like it the way it is.
I’ve lived in these apartments for almost 5+ years. I’ve lived in a studio, 1 bedroom townhouse and 2 bedroom townhouse. The living experience in the apartments were fine, however, the management was hard to deal with especially when it changed in 2022. When I was finally moving out last year, they were so NOT cooperative. One of the manager called and even yelled at me to remove the stuff from main door when she knew I was in the middle of moving and I already informed the management that it would take me a couple of days to clear up everything. Not only that, when I moved out I made sure to call cleaners for my apartment to make sure everything is tidy before I leave. Even then they Did NOT return any of my deposit and not only that, they charged me on top of it for the damages that I was not even responsible for. Those damages were caused by water flood that happened a year back and I emailed them prior to moving out that I am not responsible for it which they acknowledged. However, they clearly ignored. At first glance, you may think the apartments are decent; they are fine, however, the management is HORRIBLE. They gave me a hard time. Thank God I moved out from there. I would not recommend to anyone who Actually cares about management.
This is long overdue. I lived there from September 2017 to October 2022. When Linda was the apartment manager, there was human decency. She retired, then there was some staff attrition. Then, Melissa became the apartment manager.....this is where things went down hill. First she jacks the rent way up with little time for resident response to renew or not, then after Hurricane IAN reared its ugly head, in the aftermath, I was given four days to move out because of "water toxicity". Whats really odd is that four of the occupants in MY building didn't have water problems. This was sketchy. Anyway, anyone reading this, stay clear of this place. BTW Melissa, life catches up with everyone.
So to get this out of the way: Living here is fine. The apartments are ok, maintenance usually responds fairly quickly. It's alright. The thing is, there has been an ongoing problem with the parking lot flooding which management has done nothing about. Hurricane Ian hit, and the parking lot flooded worse than anyone expected. Now my car is totaled and I was told I need to be out of my apartment by Wednesday, with no idea of when or IF we can come back. Management has offered nothing to aid us other than a nebulous list of services and a "we'll call you when the apartment is fixed". It's honestly insulting to someone who's paid their rent on time, EVERY MONTH, for the past 2 years. I was going to be more balanced with my review, but honestly, my treatment by management burned all my good will towards the complex. If I were you I would not move here.
Flooded every time it rained hard. With Ian,I was trapped in the building for almost 4 days. In three feet of sewage and water. Renter's insurance worthless. No response from the owners. Four days in with no food or water here comes the government telling me to get out. Two days later on the internet I found out my lease had been cancelled. No word from them. By the time I showed up to reclaim what I could, the place had been raided. Stole thousands of dollars of very high end camping gear, zwilling knives, anything of value. Firearms accessories electronics.Took my 2k deposit
This complex was awesome! Given the outrageous rents most properties are charging these days, to see rent at this complex not climb the flagpole too was encouraging. I had a 1/1 and was charged $970/mo. The place wasn’t sparkling new but still was nice, even had a new fridge! I had to terminate my lease due to new opportunities and I was able to do so drama free, quickly, and even got my full deposit back! Melissa W in the office was great too! If I didn’t have to terminate, I’d probably stay there another year or two.
I have been living here for 4 years 2017-2021. It was a great place to live in for the price offered. While the place is relatively old, appliance and equipment is relatively new. Property has a great maintenance team that responds within 2 days, sometimes within hours. I highly recommend this place.
We have been here a few weeks and so far we're pleased. Its a very nice place to call home. The apartment is very clean, nice fixtures. Very recently we had issues with our AC. Melissa at the office along with Kevin and his team acted promptly and efficiently in solving the issue. They have a great team and they always look out for their tenants the best way possible. Thanks .
Kicked us out with less than a weeks notice due to hurricane Ian damage. The flooding didn’t come in from the doors. It came up from the foundation. The buildings are old, the units are not updated as they have stated. Major termite problem. After kicking me out because my apartment flooded and I lost everything - they had the audacity to ask me to return their fitness center keycard as if that was my biggest concern while losing all of my belonging and having nowhere to live. Insane. No communication either. Had no idea we were getting kicked out. I have no idea where the fitness center keycard is and they are charging me 75$ for it!!!!! INSANE. NO COMPASSION. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
The parking lot is flooded when the hurricane hit. My car is total lost then they told us to move out because it not safe for us to stay. We have no car and we have to move within 4 days we don’t have place to stay. The management has offered nothing to help us who is always pay rent on time and never complained about everything.
