I would say my experience was good but I would be lying. Jackie specifically likes to sell dreams. She will give you all the information and say whatever it takes to make you feel you will get approved just to go M.I.A and then when she is finally reached my application wasn’t able to move forward because my documents don’t add up then she had someone else call as if we haven’t been communicating. They were never going to approve my application just wanted the money as if moving isn’t expensive enough. Jackie moving forward stop selling dreams people actually work hard and need something to call home.. Scamming people for fees and knowing your not going to approve them is crazy
Wonderful tour. Miss Kat took Miss Jackie Jones's place as she was busy making sure a prospective client. The tour was great and Miss Kat has a wonderful personality and love for the complex that really shines through. She also spoke very highly of Miss Jackie as well which was great to see. The model was very nice. They have definitely vaulted to the top of our list.
I’m BIG on Customer Service and the level of service that Kat provided was on point! To keep this review fair and impartial, I was approved with conditions for a 3 bedroom. Kat was with me and my family every step of the way. She followed up with phone calls and emails with every update. My place needed very few updates and Kat was on it to make sure it got done. I love my place! The smiles on my children's face was all that I needed and Kat made them feel so welcomed! All the staff was extremely nice. We were greeted with smiles and a sense of wanting to help whenever I came into the office. I’ve been in Customer Service for over 20+ years and it’s people like Kat Ware that really make you feel like you’re in good hands and at HOME. Thank You!
Just got my keys and getting ready to get moved in, and so far, so good! The staff has been so friendly and more than helpful and accommodating with my many questions and requests. Jackie and Kat are one hell of a tag team, and have been just the best with helping me through the application and move in processes. I look forward to working with them more during my stay!!
OMG....Kat is amazing and so sweet and helpful. If your looking for transparency she's very open. The area is very well kept, security is 24 hours. The pool is clean and goes for regular maintenance. Assigned parking which is great. I'm excited and ready to do my app and get started.
I was here speaking with Jackie J and she was absolutely GREAT. Very sweet and informative. She treated me with respect and she was so helpful. I appreciated her time so much! Everyone was absolutely so kind! Amazing customer service!
Jackie was very nice and informative. Fun staff, nice community. She was honest and forthcoming with updates and units. Go visit them. They’re priced right and willing to help!
My roommate and I have toured several apartments and I have to say Jackie was the kindest tour guide we’ve had yet! She is so kind, very helpful and knowledgeable about this wonderful residence and really knows the community around her. Incredible service and hospitality.

Beautiful Property! Love the office staff so welcoming and professional. KAT did my tour. Her customer service was impeccable! Answered all my questions and very knowledgeable. Definitely looking forward to making Stonehaven my new home!
