The Parking Spot 2 on Will Clayton

I've been using the parking spot for years as my go to parking for the airport. It's always efficient and affordable. However, on October 8, Ashton W was our driver and he went above and beyond! Kind, helpful, and took pride in his work. He took our suitcases, loaded them on the bus and even unloaded everyone's luggage into their trunk! If everyone had the great attitude and work ethic like Ashton, the world would truly be an amazing place! Thank you for going above and beyond!

Every employee that I interacted with was very friendly!! A great start for our trip to the Bahamas to celebrate our 40th.

We parked our family car here in an uncovered spot for about 10 days while we traveled outside of the country. We were picked up within 5 minutes from our parking spot to go to the airport. The driver helped put our bags in the shuttle and she was very friendly for a very VERY early morning. The ride was smooth and quick! When we came back from our trip, the shuttle to pick us up from the airport to the parking took quite some time, about 25-30 minutes. That wait really sucked with two tired and cranky toddlers. Once they arrived they were very apologetic about the delay and quickly helped us load everything in the shuttle. This driver was also very friendly. Helped us unload them from the shuttle to our car as well! Will definitely be coming back here for future trips. Our car was just as we left it.

Waiting 30 minutes for a bus with any space on it. In that time, had 8 empty JFK and William Clayton 1 buses pass by each. The spot needs to do a better job of managing their bus fleet to meet demand.

The reservation was simple. Entering the parking grounds by scanning my reservation code was efficient. A shuttle was waiting at my assigned parking row, so there was virtually no wait time. My car was safe under the covered parking lot upon return and when I exited, I was able to scan my reservation code again with no issues. The complimentary water at the exit gate was also a nice bonus. I would recommend.

Outstanding customer service! After receiving not the usual high standard of service on my last trip, Assistant Manager Kirk Lewis called to resolve the issue. He was helpful, kind and appreciated my loyalty as a Parking Spot member. I travel quite frequently, and will continue to use the Parking Spot as I can tell they appreciate my business.

This was my 1st experience in my 55 years to park & pay at the airport. Unfortunately, the Airport system has changed Disabled Veteran Parking privileges. My 1st experience with The Parking Spot 2 on Will Clayton was seamless & wonderful. The ice-cold complimentary bottle of water was a special surprise at check out. I would highly recommend!! Service at this location has really gone down. I experienced a bus driver yelling at an older woman and telling her to walk back to her car even though she was standing at the entrance of the bus. The lady pleaded to not to have to walk back to her car and the driver started going on about how he wasn’t in the mood to ask people questions about where they parked. He was so rude and disrespectful and has no right working in customer service, the fact that he was yelling at an older woman to walk back to her car was an unbelievably disgusting display of behavior and apparently what parking spot accepts as customer service. Oh and on my way back, every single bus came for pick up except parking spot 2 until I actually called and then they didn’t even have enough space for the passengers. And this time the driver wouldn’t even offer to assist with anyone’s bags. I would avoid this location at all costs, I know I will..

I came back from a 5 day trip ready to be home just to have my jeep not start! The gentleman that worked there was soo helpful and kind! My car wouldn’t even start with cables. He didn’t give up. He was even helping us by searching videos on YouTube on how to get it to start. We were there for over an hour trying to get it to start when finally my jeep came on. I was so thankful for him unfortunately i didn’t get his name but thank you so much for all your help. You are amazing!!

Easy to enter and park by prepaying online. Large downside was that after I parked, I had to wait outside for 15 minutes to have a shuttle come pick me up in the parking lot. With the Texas heat, that is not ideal nor should the company expect people to wait that long in their own facility. I have had a better overall experience with Ecopark2 though the Houston Airport system, and I regret trying out a new place for my most recent trip.
