I was told about these apartments but as I read the comments I'm scared to apply. I'm going to really keep everything in consideration.
Judging by comments, I will not recommend these apartments to my daughter. She has a special needs child and low income. Just because it’s housing, does not mean neglect the people that are in need of assistance. If we all could live rich, we would! The staff leadership must first take pride at the location instead of just collecting a check. We must care about our community and act upon it. Sad comments...everybody can’t be wrong.
They don't want to fix anything No hot water for two months They keep on changing ownership
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! IT IS NOT WHAT YOU THINK. Parks at Wynnewood is a an apartment complex that is yes affordable for low-income families but no place for a family. Parks at Wynnewood to service is very poor when it comes to getting work orders done not only by maintanance crew but also by the staff in the office itself. I feel like the whole staff crew should get fired and a new staff should be put in place as well as the owner of the apartment complex and City of Dallas should also come out and look at these apartments. I have live here since last year and I'm in the decision to move because I have been dealing with the same issue that supposedly was supposed to be fixed back last year but it did not all they did was paint over the issue. I have ceiling leakage again and this time it is worse. It is in the master bedroom and living/ dining room. I put in the work order for the leakage in the master room back in March and here it is May the issue is not fixed. Every time I call up to the office all they tell me is that they have to call the contractors or wait until the contractors come out the same old song and dance I had last year. The leakage is so bad that the wall is getting soft, cracking, has brown spotting, with a little mold spot on it. The ventilator door is water damaged with brown spotting. My family can't live in this issue so we are going to move this is low down pity shame of an apartment complex.
I've lived here since November. The staff is awesome and it's great place for your first apt or if you need low income rent. My only complaint is the lack of maintenance to the units. They have several issues due to the fact that the apartments are pretty old, but they don't take the time to replace any of the outdated problems.
Them apartments are dangerous being. alot of crimes and they lie to the police like there's a victim but really they are they suspect the people over there they love crime and the old people that live there they like too start drama and call the police on you these apartments our full of drama and fights not a good place to live
I don't have nothing bad to say but I been trying to move in something real quick so me and my family want be homeless. I losted everything in the storm n just trying to start over without my kids seeing me stress. I'm not worried about nothing but answers on how quick is the move in. I need a 2 or 3 bedroom asap. I have a job just not making enough for 880 a month.
The staff is horrible except for the manager, the assistant and leasing agent Gloria & Irma treat the tenants like they are beneath them and they are both very rude. They don't take work orders seriously and do not put in any effort to make their residents feel appreciated, if you want results it's best to deal with the manager, she is business professional and fair and puts an effort toward the property, i worked there so this isn't something i heard but more of what i witnessed
What a wonderful place to live we have a terrific manager and assistant manager beautiful staff very knowledgeable head maintenance man and security but most of all they have that unconditional love and understanding for their tenants thank you too The Parks at Wynnewood For Your love kindness May the God of Abraham Isaac and Jacob continue to bless the parks at Wynnewood God bless peace
Very bad place to live we have roaches and have had to pay for a bed bug treatment twice due to the people that lives downstairs! I have a child and I am afraid the bed bugs will come back again because I don’t think the people downstairs has gotten a treatment. The maintenance will not fix anything you have to put in about fifty work orders in order for someone to fix something in your house! The apartments are really old, the carpet smells, the tiles on the floor are coming up, and paint has peeled off the tub! It is mildew in the corners of the tub and In the window seals. In the summer time the air conditioning barely works and in the winter time the heater barely works! People get killed and sells drugs over here! The only good thing about the apartments is the rent and shopping area! If I could give 0 stars I would!
