The Parts Connection

Somehow I’ve never reviewed A-Line before, despite having frequented both the Liberty Hill and Cedar Park locations numerous times over the years. Today, however, I shall correct that. I went in to buy a chainsaw today—and the guys are always great—but today Kenneth took a lot of time with me to make sure I felt comfortable with the operation of the saw: how to start it, how and when to tighten the chain, how to remove and replace the bar and chain, and on and on. The thing with A-Line is that they’ll answer any question you have without making you feel dumb for asking it. They stand behind what they sell and your relationship doesn’t end when you pay for your product. Liberty Hill and the Central Texas área keeping getting bigger; A-Line is still your good, local business. If you need a mower, a weedeater, a chainsaw, or just about any auto part, you owe it to yourself to give A-Line a shot.

Do not go here. As a local business owner in the Automotive Repair field I will no longer be using A-Line in Liberty Hill. They sold one of my clients a faulty remanufactured alternator then replaced it with another faulty part. Note that the replacement was acquired through a headache ordeal where they did not want to look into their system because "it's not a commercial account". Well I'm definitely not setting one up now. And let's not mention that the remanufactured one was sold at more than double the price of a brand new one from O'Reillys or Autozone. Then after the second one failed they had gall to tell my client that if his batteries were too dead that the alternator would not charge up correctly and that I should leave my jumpers on to charge up the alternator. I’ve been a professional land manager and land services contractor in Liberty Hill for 8 years and have been using these guys for my parts for the entire time. They carry parts for everything from my chainsaws to diesel trucks to my Wacker asphalt roller. When MULTIPLE local heavy equipment shops wouldn’t even try to help me with my roller because I bought the machine without a data plate and thus a serial number, I walked into A-line as a last resort. These guys dove into my box of parts and cross referenced it against the motor’s model number and got me the correct parts that the heavy equipment guys couldn’t wouldn’t even try to look up. Gentleman behind the counter came out and got the door for me because I had my hands full and walk with a cane. These guys provide excellent service, superior knowledge, and always take care of me.

Been going here since the Hopkins days in the old location which was just 2 blocks from my place. Only one bad experience in 45 years and that guy is gone. Wish they were open later. AZ & OR don't compare.

Thought I was going to have to drive 30 minutes away when I passed A-Line Auto Parts and decided to stop in. They had everything I needed for my lawn mower maintenance and they even will pick up within a 5-mile radius should you need to have your lawn mower serviced. Great customer service, very professional and pleasant staff.

Great guys working here. Helped me find what I needed for the repair of a farm machine without much effort. Not the fastest service, but they where thorough and their prices where fair.

These guys are great, as friendly to you as you are to them and will go out of their way no matter how busy they are to help you. Great return policy as well CANNOT BE over stated.
