The Mission of “The Passage, Inc.” is to train the minds of young men, providing guidance, motivation and the tools to be productive and successful men in the community in which they reside.
Our mission is accomplished through a series of workshops and community service activities that provide the young men opportunities to excel, to accept responsibility and to lead others. Some of the workshops include leadership development, public speaking training, starting your own business, resolving conflicts and etiquette, just to name a few.
