The Pastry Hideaway is a family owned and operated artisan bakery located in the Wilton Town Center, across from the library, in the rear lot. We offer breakfast pastries, pies, cakes, cookies, a full service coffee bar and many other delectables made from a variety of organic and local ingredients. We recently introduced breakfast and lunch sandwiches on freshly baked brioche and focaccia. There is something for everyone whether you are Gluten Free, Nut Free or on all fours.
