No Payne, no gain!
LaSheka T. Payne is a zealous and compassionate advocate with a proven track record of success. Attorney Payne's advocacy skills have lead to key successes in her position as a former Staff Attorney for one of the Standing Chapter 13 Trustees for the Northern District of Georgia and now in private practice representing those in need. She has successfully argued tons of cases before the bankruptcy court on behalf of the bankruptcy estate. She has also been successful in obtaining disability awards for her clients before the Social Security Administration.
Her passion for helping those in need is what lead her to form The Payne Law Office, which focuses on representing claimants before the Social Security Administration, disabled veterans before the VA, injured persons in personal injury cases, and in helping consumers get a fresh start from overwhelming debt and to make more savvy financial decisions.
In addition to managing her own law practice, Attorney Payne volunteers with the Department of Veterans Affairs by providing pro bono legal advice to veterans. She is also a member of the St. Vincent de Paul Society, whose mission is to serve those in need, and volunteers for various projects as needed.
