Our 4 night stay was delightful in every way. We loved the room with a balcony and stunning view, the comfy beds and spacious bathroom. The pool area and spa were lovely and we made use of them a lot - love the exercise classes too! Very quick walk to the gondola. We did not dine on the property so cannot speak to the food options, but it’s a great hotel!
Myself and 4 family members had manicures and the nail technicians were wonderful. However the spa double charged me, and took 5 days to fix this. They also realized hours after we had left, they forgot to charge me part of the fee and charged my card without any sort of notification. They sent an email 4 days later explaining why. When I did called to ask about the extra charge they were unable to explain why. I would not return.
Not family friendly at all. We are here for a week long vacation and the first thing our son wanted to do is go to the fitness center. But despite the fact that he has been training all summer, he is not allowed to use the fitness center at all because he is not yet 16. We are happy to have an adult there with him not that he needs it, he lifts every day on his own at the local YMCA, and we tried asking for a special exception but we’re flatly told no. There nothing on the website or any other literature that states this requirement, so that makes it equally disappointing to make a reservation in advance and get all checked in only to be told that the one thing he cared about is not available to us. Noteworthy details: Misleading information regarding fitness center on the website. If we had known our son would not have been allowed to work out, we would have booked elsewhere.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t normally write reviews but I feel this place deserves one. Everyone was incredibly rude and the costumer service was terrible. There was no air conditioning and the front desk member told me to “open a window” it was 90 degrees outside in July. The valet took our car when we specifically asked them to leave it for just a minute to grab something, and it took forever to get it back. Entire staff was extremely rude! Terrible costumer service with pretty much everything. The room was not comfortable and they added a bunch of additional fees on after we were told all fees were paid online. Possibly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I would give it zero stars if I could.
Only stayed one night but the location was ideal for us with Ski in/out and easy access to the gondola to take you over the mountain into Telluride. The room was nice and had recently been renovated. Nice fitness area, outside seating, restaurant. Fantastic views. The only downside was that the hallway noise at night comes right through the door into the room. Not sure why they can't put a better door in to help dampen the sounds. We'll go back, though.
My name is Macy Marsh, I stayed at the peaks resort over the Blues n Brews festival, which I attend every year from Denver. I decided to stay in mt village this time at your resort and was Not pleased with alot of things. To start the Bugs! The first night they covered my room the bathroom, tv, lamps, and bed. I called down and all they did was change the screen. Next night same issue. They did nothing except sorry. 3rd night i was tired of bugs crawling all over us said they would move us. And heres a $50 credit! Wow that's a slap in the face. Next the food in the restaurant wasn't good. The bread cold and food mediocre. And we even brought our golf clubs to play your beautiful course but its 250 a person thats outrageous! Do we when a free car on a par 3 or something?! Of course not. The valet staff was great! I unfortunately will not be back to your establishment and ive already wrote 2 reviews. I will be writing more if not else is done here. And would rather chose n air bnb on my next visit. Im with Toyota. And this will go on our not stay list. Thanks,
Very nice hotel. The room I stayed in was average though it was the cheapest room option in the whole place, so I’m not quite sure of the quality of the more expensive options. The restaurant on site was great! The service was excellent and they have plenty of room to lounge around in the lobby/common area. The gym and spa were very nice and definitely a perk if trying to keep up a fitness regiment. The only really downside is it is a little bit of a hike getting to lifts and gondola. I say that in terms of being a ski in ski out option. It’s like a 5 min walk to get to anything really. I know that’s important to a lot of people including myself when looking for a hotel in a ski resort. But all in all, if you’re looking for a resort that has pretty much everything you need right on the property, this is a great option.
Our second time staying here and we love it. The service and rooms are amazing. The sunsets are unbelievable.Rooms: 5/5
Perfect location for easy access to everything in the Village. Facility is large, providing an awesome array of amenities. Prices range from “affordable for all” to higher end, private cabins.Rooms: 4/5
Great location but the rooms are really in disrepair. Looks like the quality of a motel 6 not a $1000/night resort. The service is great and so is the ski out. Hope they do a remodel soon. The beds are beyond uncomfortable. After a great day of skiing, a nice mattress would be great.Rooms: 1/5
