The Pet Doctor offers complete, compassionate care at a fair price. We provide comprehensive veterinary services for a wide range of pets including dogs, cats, ferrets, rabbits, rodents, and other pocket pets. We practice quality, yet practical, veterinary medicine. Doctors Linda L Donerkiel, Marnie Couch Troska, and Will Dunaway will treat you and your pet like family.

I found The Pet Doctor clinic merely by calling after I wasn't happy with our last clinic. Best find ever!!!! I can't express how wonderful ALL the staff are. They are kind and compassionate not only to your pets, but you as well. I take all four of my fur babies to the Pet Doctor. We have seen all 3 Vets, all the different techs and the office staff. They are amazing. I'd give 10 stars if it were an option. It is very obvious that they love what they do and have chosen their calling. Thank you. Love Marley, Ryder, Nala, and Rufus
I was treated very rudely by the receptionist staff. This is not a friendly clinic and I don’t recommend them. During Covid they wouldn’t let humans into the clinic. I had to sit outside in my hot car. On previous appointments there was always a long wait in the lobby and then an even longer wait in the exam room to the point I almost walked out. There are much better places to go.
They used to be a great veterinarian clinic and on many levels still are. When I first started taking my 2 dog's there they were all about making the pet be healthier. Now it seems to be more about making the money than anything else. They ARE great animal doctor's HANDS DOWN but be prepared to shovel out money, lot's of it before they get to helping your pet. I have nothing but good thing's to say about this place except they now seem to be ALL ABOUT MONEY. I know SEVERAL other people that ARE...having the EXACT SAME EXPERIENCE! Great vets but bring lotsa money. My dog was seen there 7 times for ear troubles. After 7 exam fee's and 7 lab charges and 7 prescription charges they said...no ear infection. Finally I took my little dog to a vet in meridian next to the freeway and they looked at my dog's ears and said he has an ear infection and has had for more than a year! Sigh...
Brought my 9 month old frenchy there and they made a diagnosis and told me to leave him there and pick him up that night and he’d be fine. So I trusted the vet and left him. I came back That night to pick him up and rye vet said she misdiagnosed him, and that I needed to rush him to the surgeon. I took him to the surgeon and the surgeon asked him when we had discovered the issue. We told him that morning, and he said that the dog was basically gone because he should’ve been brought in first thing that morning. he said it was a very clear diagnosis and that trying to pass an object like that was the wrong call. I will never bring any more pets here because clearly they just want your money and don’t care about your animals. I’m looking into what actions I can take because now my pet is gone.
There isn't much to say except the fact that we absolutely love this vet!! Every single doctor has been wonderful. Doctor Harding was our primary who helped get our dog the treatment he needed to diagnose his lymphoma cancer. They followed up on our visits. Sue at the front desk was so helpful during a time when we needed to purchase cases of canned dog food. I had ankle surgery and it was difficult for me to get inside, so I would call and she would come out, take my payment and carry out the cases of dog food and put them in the car. It meant the world to me that something that simple could help so much! Love this place.
Dr. Zahler is the best. She understands our "daughter's" special emotional needs and always provides her the best care and follow up of every appointment. She and the the support staff also, set my mind at ease by offering me helpful information. They are all amazing and we appreciate them very much.
Dr Zahller has always provided immediate and definitive methods of treatment and diagnosis for my pup. I work heavily in the medical field and know when a bull**** treatment is proposed as a half measure. She is clear and doesn't suggest any unnecessary treatments or guesswork diagnosis methods. She did a phenomenal job on his surgery removing a 3lb benign cluster of tumors. I will take my pup here for anything requiring vet attention. Thanks TPD!
Wonderful staff and Dr. Zahller is a fantastic vet. Always feel like my pets are getting the best care possible. The techs handle your pet with care and genuinely adore every patient. Dr. Zahller is very thorough and brings many years of experience. The love for animals is huge at this clinic!
Everyone is welcoming, loving, kind and the doctors are thorough and professional. We left feeling like our puppies matter and we’re in the best hands. So grateful!
We have been taking our border collie and black lab here for years after not having luck with other vets in the valley. I can't begin to describe how wonderful the experience is each time, from the front desk to check out, every single person at The Pet Doctor is wonderful, attentive, and makes the experience so personalized. Dr. Zahller and her technicians are wonderful, and take the time to develop a trusting relationship with my animals each time before administering any care. They are always very patient, reasonable, upfront with costs, and are more than happy to take the the time necessary to answer any questions. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you for all you do!
