The Phoenix Effect is a community-driven functional group fitness studio that focuses on improving form, agility, coordination, and speed. We're a safe alternative to CrossFit with a well-rounded approach to fitness and nutrition. The Phoenix Effect is housed in a brand new 1,600 sq foot fitness studio in the heart of Hollywood. Our clean, airy space features a full range of equipment including NFL-grade AstroTurf, a slanted wall, a full rig with monkey bars, and weighted sled. We also have an active OCR Team that competes year-round!
