Same guy is always on his phone. Had to acknowledge the employee first upon walking in. Even when walking to the counter, still on his phone. Asked about a certain product and about had to wait until he was done on his phone in order to look at the case and phone I wanted. Decided not to purchase. This is go-to phone store. Overall, customer service is always amazing when given! Store is always clean.

This place was absolutely amazing. My partner was looking to get a upgrade and so far everyplace we had checked was either outrageously priced or had so many hidden fees however we found The Phone Exchange and Daniel helped us with everything, professional, friendly, and honest. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!!!!

Daniel was amazing I went in there because Boost never told me that I was going to pay to have my phone in frozen and I was there and help me for free. Just explained a lot of things that way I could’ve froze and what I need to change I couldn’t have had a better experience everybody go here if you get a chance I need help with your phone.
